Taking place Sept. 5-8, 2024, the Disneyland Resort will be conjuring up high spirits with four days of events, including yoga, Kids Races, 5K, 10K, Half Marathon and Challenge, all themed to the 2024 Halloween season.

The wickedly wonderful news doesn’t stop there! SeaWorld Orlando has announced the comeback of its much-loved “Inside Look” program on November 4-5, 2023. This exclusive event offers guests a rare glimpse into the world of marine animal care and conservation.

Jon Peterson, Park President of SeaWorld Orlando, remarked, “Inside Look showcases the hard work our animal care specialists do behind the scenes and educates future generations about how they can help protect endangered species and marine habitats.”

Disneyland Paris has shared a sneak peek of the upcoming Symphony of Colors Daytime Show

As winter’s chill sets in and the skies become grey, Disneyland Paris has a colorful remedy for those winter blues! Disney Symphony of Colors, a vibrant daytime show, is set to premiere in February 2024. This magnificent new addition promises a mesmerizing experience, blending the magic of Disney and Pixar characters with captivating songs and tales. In anticipation of the new show, the park recently shared a sneak peek with us!

Before the Symphony of Colors takes center stage, guests at Disneyland Park will have the opportunity to witness the brilliance of a new drone show starting on January 8th. This drone show promises an aerial spectacle unlike any other, with a myriad of brilliant colors illuminating the atmosphere.

From February onwards, the daytime will be just as magical as the night. Fandango unveiled the Flerkitten bundles, which include Flerkitten cups packaged in unique pink brainy egg buckets. The special Flerkitten is entirely golden.

Tickets are now available for “The Marvels,” set to hit theaters on November 10, 2023, and it will also be screened in IMAX. In “The Marvels,” you’ll see Brie Larson portraying Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel, Teyonah Parris as Captain Monica Rambeau, and Iman Vellani as Kamala Khan/Ms. Marvel.

In the Marvels, Carol Danvers, also known as Captain Marvel, has successfully reclaimed her true self from the oppressive Kree forces and sought retribution against the Supreme Intelligence. However, unforeseen consequences force Carol to bear the weight of an unstable cosmos.

While performing her duty, she is drawn into a wormhole connected to a Kree rebel. Disney Shares Look at Cast Member-Exclusive Scare Maze at Disneyland Resort

Disneyland Cast Members help make Halloween magic for guests but one night a year there is a Cast Member-exclusive scare maze at Disney California Adventure. A dedicated volunteer team creates a thrilling, exclusive scare maze experience just for their fellow cast members. Disney recently shared a look at this frightful night.

The Scare Maze is part of the “Grizzly Peak Halloween Carnival,” a beloved cast recognition event filled with food and late-night fun. Cast members wander the wooded area of Grizzly Peak in Disney California Adventure park … fearful of the next creature to jump out at them.

Thanasi Halfhill, a first-time scarer participating in this 13-year tradition, grew up as a haunter. “I used to be in Boy Scouts and the church that sponsored our meeting location would hold a haunted house every Halloween, so we would dress up and paint our faces. We transformed the whole classroom area into a big scare maze,” he shared.

Now an attractions cast member, Thanasi stumbled upon an opportunity to become part of the cast scare maze. Before he knew it, he was attending “Scare School,” part of the training and preparation for the one-night event created by the carnival’s show directors. Leaning on his past experience with scare-acting, he was confident in his chilling role.

But for Thanasi, the opportunity to participate in cast-exclusive events like the scare maze is more than just a chance to have fun. “This is an event just for cast members. It’s something that’s made specifically for us, to show us that we’re appreciated,” he said.

The creative minds behind this spine-tingling spectacle are Forrest Orta, an entertainment host at the resort, alongside attractions host Anthony Olivares and former cast member Ross Woods. “Every cast member deserves to be celebrated for all the hard work they put in day in and day out,” said Forrest. “I’m a haunter, and this has been one of the best ways for me to demonstrate that.”

The Grizzly Peak Halloween Carnival has evolved into an experience that generates excitement and anticipation among cast members across the resort, embodying the spirit of creativity and camaraderie of its imaginative, dedicated volunteers. The event’s exceptional reputation is built on positive word-of-mouth from attendees, both returning and new—and this year’s edition delivered yet another ghostly good time.

While the journey to this cherished resort tradition has been extraordinary, Forrest has his sights set on the future, aspiring to incorporate more cutting-edge show elements and effects to elevate the maze’s immersion and fear factor. “I know we can plus everything, just as Imagineering does,” he said.
