Drawn to Life, the epic celebration of Walt Disney Animation is entering its second season. The show is celebrating its second season in a big way: an all-new finale has been added to the show!

According to Cirque du Soleil , the new ending features a swing-to-swing act with artists who soar across the stage between two swings performing new awe-inspiring stunts, acrobatics, and choreography. The act is the culmination of the show’s story of its heroine, Julie, and her father, who was a Disney animator. The artists, representative of Julie and her father, perform in costumes inspired by the art of drawing and animation created by noted costume designer Philippe Guillotel.

The family-friendly show tells the story of the love between a father and a daughter, drawing inspiration from Walt Disney Animation Studios’ 100-year heritage of storytelling. The show shares joy as it celebrates iconic Disney stories and characters through innovative design, acrobatic performances, brilliant choreography, musical scores, and brand-new animation lovingly created by Disney Animation artists.

Guests can experience Drawn to Life Wednesdays through Sundays at Disney Springs, with shows at 5:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. Wednesdays through Saturdays, and Sundays at 1:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. Tickets are available through December 2024.

Exciting news from Hong Kong Disneyland Park! Right on the heels of the opening of the mesmerizing “World of Frozen,” this beloved theme park hit a new milestone by welcoming its 100 millionth guest! It’s a joyous occasion, and we’re here to share the enchanting details of this magical day.

Imagine visiting your favorite theme park and ending up being a part of its history! That’s exactly what happened to the Chen family, a family of five and die-hard Disney fans. They had no idea that their trip to Hong Kong Disneyland Park would be a historic one.

The big moment unfolded in front of the recently renovated Castle of Magical Dreams. Here, the Chens were greeted with an extraordinary surprise. Michael Moriarty, Managing Director of Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, presented them with a special certificate and a gift basket. Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck, dressed in their festive Christmas attire, joined in on the celebration, adding an extra sprinkle of Disney magic to the event.

After the celebration, the Chen family headed straight to the newly opened “World of Frozen,” a first-time experience for them. This new attraction, set in the kingdom of Arendelle, is already a hit among visitors, and the Chens were thrilled to explore it.

Super Sweet Winnie The Pooh Collection Spotted At Animal Kingdom!

We spotted this new Winnie The Pooh Collection at Disney’s Animal Kingdom that will bring sweetness and nostalgia to your style.

First, we found some adorable Piglet, Pooh and Eeyore t-shirts with their face on the front and signature on the bag, super cute!

There’s also a Pooh and Piglet Crop Top and a beautiful Winnie the Pooh Eyelet Embroidery Lace Shirt with Pooh peeking out of the front pocket.

The collection also features some comfy Winnie the Pooh Crocs in a yellow mustard color with an all over pattern featuring Eeyore, Pigler, Tigger and Pooh and the front also features a Winnie the Pooh furry Jibbitz.

Pirates Dinner Adventure to host NEW Masquerade Show for New Year’s Eve

Are you looking for a fun and unique New Year’s Eve experience? Pirates Dinner Adventure has you covered! The family-friendly pirate dinner show is rolling out an all-new Masquerade Show for New Year’s Eve this year.

On Dec. 31, Pirates Dinner Adventure will host a special, 9:30 p.m. show with a festive twist to welcome the new year. This family-friendly masquerade show promises an extra layer of enchantment, with guests encouraged to wear masks and costumes to add to the elegance of the swashbuckling masquerade.

As the clock strikes midnight during the post-show Buccaneer Bash, guests can party with pirates, take part in a countdown to 2024, and lift a cheer to the new year!

During the show, guests will enjoy a three-course feast fit for a pirate captain and adults can keep the party going with delicious, themed cocktails.

“Families should be able to celebrate New Year’s Eve together and at Pirates Dinner Adventure, we’re offering families with kids of all ages the chance to create lasting memories as they welcome the new year alongside one another,” said Nick Kroger, Orlando Dinner Entertainment’s Creative Director. “This masquerade-inspired evening will add magical new elements to our timeless, immersive high-seas adventure.”

Pirates Dinner Adventure’s general admission includes a three-course dinner with unlimited soft drinks. Ticket prices for the New Year’s Eve show start at $72.95 for adults and $46.95 for children ages three to 10. Children ages two and under are free. Upgrades are available for purchase. Duke Weaselton Makes Surprise Appearance at Zootopia Grand Opening in Shanghai Disneyland

Josh D’Amaro, Chairman of Disney Experiences, was recently conducting one of the grand opening ceremonies for Zootopia at Shanghai Disney Resort when his comments were crashed by a surprise guest: Duke Weaselton from Zootopia!

The appearance of Duke Weaselton was not just a fun nod to the new Zootopia land, but according to Disney is “a demonstration of the next iteration of robotic technology, which Walt Disney Imagineering Research & Development (R&D) and Disney Research first displayed earlier this year at the South By Southwest (SXSW) conference.”

Disney did not disclose all of the details behind the magic that brought Duke Weaselton, but they were able to relate the appearance required not one, but two robots working together in sync since both the Duke and the kiosk were robots!

For those who need a refresher, Duke Weaselton was a supporting character in the film who makes a living selling bootleg DVD’s. Duke is the character responsible for kicking the donut store in the film, causing the donut on top to roll off and nearly crush Judy, ultimately resulting in Judy discovering the Duke was stealing ‘night howlers,’ the flower responsible for turning animals into the film into savage predators.

Shanghai Disney Resort Marks World’s First Zootopia Land Opening

In a grand ceremony at Shanghai Disneyland, the world’s inaugural Zootopia-themed land was celebrated with all the splendor befitting a destination where anyone can be anything. Inspired by the beloved film from Walt Disney Animation Studios, the land signifies a leap in storytelling heights, made possible by Disney’s groundbreaking innovation.

Bob Iger, CEO of The Walt Disney Company, and executives from Shanghai Disney Resort and Shanghai Shendi Group joined characters Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde, along with special guests like Jared Bush, co-writer and co-director of the Academy Award®-winning Zootopia, in commemorating this exciting expansion.

“For 100 years, The Walt Disney Company has been entertaining, thrilling, and inspiring audiences and fans through exceptional storytelling that transcends generations and geographies,” said Bob Iger, CEO of The Walt Disney Company. “Our popular Zootopia film continues to delight fans across the globe, especially in China, and we’re excited to give guests at Shanghai Disney Resort a chance to interact with the stories and characters they love in innovative new ways when they visit this spectacular new land.”

Zootopia transports guests to a living, breathing mammalian metropolis when they set “paw” on Mane Street. Spanning years of development, cast members and Imagineers from around the globe along with artists from Walt Disney Animation, collaborated to build this dynamic city that immerses guests at every touchpoint. Guests will enjoy new experiences that seamlessly blend Disney’s signature storytelling and creativity with groundbreaking, state-of-the-art technology.

One-of-a-kind experiences found only in Zootopia

The opening of Zootopia includes the debut of the all-new attraction, Zootopia: Hot Pursuit, where guests can “hop on” the all-terrain cruiser powered by a trackless ride system in an action-filled chase through Zootopia’s different districts. The attraction features the latest in Audio-Animatronics technology, reflecting a new generation of fully electric systems, to enhance the entire experience throughout, from guests entering the land, to “hopping on” a cruiser in hot pursuit.

In the windows of Zootopia Park Apartments, a lineup of animal residents will interact with each other and guests throughout the day, appearing from time to time, in this unique atmosphere show. Guests will not want to miss out on visiting Fashions by Fru Fru, a merchandise store owned by Fru Fru, Zootopia’s best-known fashionista, or enjoying delicious food and beverage offerings from the land’s casual walk-up dining options.

Jumbeaux’s Cafe, inspired by the original Jumbeaux’s Cafe in the Walt Disney Animation Studios film, is where guests can find a variety of treats, including Chocolate Marshmallows and Officer Clawhauser’s favorite – The Big Donut. The tasty signature frozen paw-shaped Disney Zootopia Pawsicle from the film can be found at Zootopia Market, a cluster of four colorful shacks offering a variety of treats.
