New Finding Nemo Bubble Decorations Added to Seas Pavilion
Nemo and his pals have found a new home! Decorative bubbles featuring everyone’s favorite sea characters are now on display in the gift shop at The Seas with Nemo and Friends.
Gone are the canvas portraits of Finding Nemo characters. In their place, a vibrant scene unfolds with colorful waves, playful bubbles, and everyone’s favorite sea creatures swimming freely.
The walls are now decorated with Finding Nemo characters swimming behind 3D bubbles, creating the illusion they’re part of the aquarium.
Take a peek inside these bubbles! Nemo, Squirt, and Crush appear to be swimming through the current in a new display at the Seas with Nemo and Friends gift shop.
The characters are featured as flat cutouts placed strategically in front of underwater photos, creating a playful illusion similar to the ride’s finale where animated characters appear to interact with the real fish in the Sea Base Alpha tanks.
The background behind the bubble windows features a wave design in cool tones of blue, teal green, and pink, adding a touch of vintage charm to the undersea scene.

We stopped by the Canada pavilion in Epcot and found this adorable Chip Lug Crossbody Bag! You can get it for $60 and take it with you in all your adventures around the World Showcase and beyond!

We are inching ever closer to the June 2024 opening of CommuniCore Hall at EPCOT. While construction walls are hiding much of the work on the interior, thematic elements continue to be added above the walls,
A new Hours of Operation sign was recently installed inside of the attraction, just behind the white elongated sign visible in the lower portion of this window.
When open this summer, Communicore Hall will serve as both a flexibile exhibition and gallary space as well as a permenant home for a Mickey and Friends meet and greet. The opening of the hall repsrents the final stage of the multi-year reimagining of the former Future World section of the park.

We have some great news to report for everyone visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth in late April and early May. Walt Disney World has just announced extended park hours across Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom!
Magic Kingdom sees extended hours from April 28th through May 4th, with an extra hour of park time each night, closing at 10 pm instead of 9 pm. This is perfect for squeezing in those last-minute rides on Seven Dwarfs Mine Train or grabbing a delicious Dole Whip before the park closes.
But the fun doesn’t stop there! Magic Kingdom’s popular Extended Evening Hours are also getting a time shift. Originally scheduled from 9 pm to 11 pm, these special events will now run from 10 pm to midnight on May 1st. This extended window offers guests with pre-purchased tickets the chance to experience the park with lower crowds after dark.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios joins the party with extended hours on May 2nd through 4th, staying open an extra hour until 10 pm each night. Whether you’re battling Kylo Ren on Rise of the Resistance or catching a showing of Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway, you’ll have more time to experience the Hollywood magic
Early Risers Alert! Disney’s Animal Kingdom is offering a special treat for guests who like to get a head start on their day. Early Theme Park Entry for Disney resort guests will shift to a new time of 7:30 am from May 3rd and 4th. This allows you to enter the park 30 minutes before regular park opening, giving you a chance to explore Pandora – The World of Avatar or cool off on Kali River Rapids before the crowds arrive. The park itself will also see extended hours on April 28th and 29th, closing at 7 pm instead of the usual 6 pm.

Exciting news from Tiana’s Bayou Adventure: Project team members were recently spotted putting the nighttime experience through its paces with a test ride under the stars! The nighttime test included all of the exterior lighting elements and the “Down in New Orleans” ride music!
This is a huge step toward the ride being ready for opening, as the exterior lighting effects and nighttime elements are a critical component of the attraction. We are rapidly moving toward the Summer 2024 opening of the ride, and it appears imagineers will have Tiana’s Bayou Adventure ready to roll on time!

Tiana’s Bayou Adventure picks up right after the beloved “The Princess and the Frog” film. The new Disney Vacation Club Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is scheduled to open later this year. Construction is continuing at an impressive pace ahead of that opening, and we have some updated construction photos ready to share with you!
The exterior details of the resort are starting to come to life. The pain scheme is being applied to just about all sections of the building, and the overhangs provide a nice bit of theming to the building.
The side angle reveals construction is ongoing on both sides of the exterior, with scaffolding in place in several areas as the painting of the exterior continues.
A closer view of the front of the resort shows the height of the resort relative to the monorail. The sliding doors on the balcony have been installed on both the central part of the building as well as both wings.
This angle was taken from the practice range near the Disney Magnolia and Oak Trail golf courses. The height of the tower causes the building to climb well above the trees that are in the area. The sunlight from this angle also provides some great views of the progress on the building’s exterior, including paint, doors, and the roof overhang.

Another reveals Mackie’s Sam Wilson donning his new Captain America costume, engaging in conversation with Harrison Ford’s President “Thunderbolt” Ross. These snapshots align with the recently revealed footage from Marvel Studios, hinting at the film’s intriguing narrative threads.
In an exclusive interview with EW, Anthony Mackie teased the scale of Captain America: Brave New World, emphasizing that it transcends being a mere sequel to The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Mackie emphasized the film’s distinct storyline and characters, signaling a significant narrative shift within the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
“This movie is a clear reset. It really reestablishes the idea of what this universe is and what this universe is going to be,” Mackie shared with the outlet, drawing parallels to the impactful rebranding seen in Captain America: The Winter Soldier.
