In 2025, Universal Orlando Resort is set to unveil an exciting expansion at the flagship Universal Studios Store in Universal CityWalk. The store will be transformed to include two new dedicated areas, bringing guests even closer to the magic of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and SUPER NINTENDO WORLD. Construction for this highly anticipated project is already underway, following the closure of the Quiet Flight Surf Shop on April 14 and Cinnabon on April 28.
The expansion will feature a retail space dedicated to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, offering fans merchandise from all three lands within Universal Orlando – Hogsmeade at Islands of Adventure, Diagon Alley at Universal Studios Florida, and the highly anticipated Ministry of Magic at Universal’s Epic Universe, which also opens in 2025. In addition to a magical shopping experience, the new space will include a Butterbeer counter serving the Cold, Frozen, Hot, and Vegan varieties of the iconic wizarding drink, as well as other specialty items from the beloved world of Harry Potter.
