According to WDW Daily News the guys from Monsters Inc are no longer giving autographs but instead they are going to be stamping your autograph books.

Mike and Sully no longer give autographs. But while that news might seem sad to Monsters Inc fans, the good news is instead of autographs they now provide a stamp for your autograph book. This allows for more time to interact with the characters and should make for a more seemless process while visiting your favorite Monstropolis residents.
Having been to the Monsters Inc area in mid summer and to see these cast members baking in the hot Florida sun I can imagine this is such a relief to them. Not to mention they are not the most maneuverable outfits at the Hollywood Studios.

Ok so I got the wiki definition out of the way. There are hundreds of websites devoted to pin trading, and thousand of ebay auctions hosting the many different pins. My family and I have been pin trading for years. I look at it as a inexpensive memento you can take home with you to remind you of your recent trip. Other people collect them, trade them, even make a living off of buying and selling them..See ebay..

As Halloween approaches and we begin to decorate the house and horde candy for all the trick or treaters.. I wonder what if any food items are available at Mickey’s Not so Scary Halloween party. I have seen the videos and pictures of the decorations in the park itself, I have also read the articles on Trick or Treating, but does Disney do anything else special for the Halloween Holiday?
To answer that question I had to visit one of my favorite Disney websites. The Disney Food Blog! My mouth just waters everytime I am reading the articles on AJ’s blog.. It just so happens that right on the front page there is an article about all the Halloween treats available at Disney World for this spooky holiday.

A computer glitch on Walt Disney World’s monorail system forced the resort to shut down the Epcot line yesterday—and opens up the possibility that July 5’s fatal crash may not have been entirely human error.
Disney World operates three separate monorail lines (Magic Kingdom Resort line running from the Ticket & Transportation Center to the park and three hotels; Express, which stops only at the TTC and Magic Kingdom, and Epcot, which runs between the TTC and Epcot. Since the Epcot line does not connect to the barn, when adding or subtracting trains, vehicles travel to or from the Express line via a spur track near the TTC. Shop activates Switch 8 (connecting Express to the spur) and Switch 9 (connecting the other end of the spur to the Epcot line), and power begins to course along the spur.

There’s a mini-baby-boom in the giraffe population at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. On Oct. 12, Bolo was born to second-time mother Big Girl (both in photo above). A week earlier, Bruehler was born to third-time mother Aibuni.
The newborns are both male and already stand at about 6 feet tall. They could grow up to be between 15 and 18 feet high. The new twosome began nursing right away, Disney officials say, and they are already very feisty. They are the 13th and 14th giraffes born at Animal Kingdom since it opened in 1998.
The theme-park-going public can’t spy Bolo and Bruehler just yet, but they should be out and about “in the coming weeks,” a Disney spokesperson says.
“The next important milestone is for the calves to continue the bonding process with their mothers who will teach them important lessons and guide them as they are introduced to the herd in the coming weeks,” says Matt Hohne, animal operations director at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

Disney Channel has ordered a third season of its fast-growing laffer “The Suite Life on Deck,” with production scheduled in early 2010.
Starring twins Dylan and Cole Sprouse, “Suite Life” is TV’s top-ranked series among kids 6-11 and No. 2 in the 9-14 demo, boasting nearly 25% growth compared with its first season.
On Oct. 2, the show drew its highest numbers to date, with 6.8 million viewers overall.
