Disneyland Resort kicked off the holiday season with a magical preview of its beloved “Believe…In Holiday Magic” fireworks spectacular. The show, a highlight of the resort’s holiday celebrations, returned with its dazzling display of pyrotechnics, enchanting music, and heartwarming storytelling.

We were fortunate enough to attend the preview performance and capture the entire show on video.

The “Believe…In Holiday Magic” fireworks spectacular is a true feast for the senses. As the sky explodes with vibrant colors, Sleeping Beauty Castle is illuminated with over 80,000 twinkling lights, creating a mesmerizing spectacle of shimmering icicles and snow-capped turrets.

Adding to the magic, a gentle snowfall envelops guests in certain areas of the park, including “it’s a small world” Holiday, parts of Main Street, U.S.A., and along the Rivers of America. This immersive experience enhances the festive atmosphere and creates a truly unforgettable holiday memory.

Overall Revenue Growth: Disney reported a 6% revenue increase in Q4, reaching $22.6 billion, and a 3% increase for the full fiscal year, with annual revenues at $91.4 billion.

Domestic Parks and Experiences Shine

Disney’s domestic parks and experiences division reported strong results, with increased guest spending and higher per capita spending at both theme parks and on cruises. This positive performance was partially offset by increased costs related to inflation, new guest offerings, and technology upgrades.

International Parks Face Headwinds

In contrast, the international parks and experiences segment experienced a decline in operating income. This was attributed to lower attendance, higher costs associated with new offerings and depreciation, and a drop in per capita guest spending at theme parks.

Tiana’s Bayou Adventure is opening tomorrow in Disneyland! While the ride officially opens tomorrow, we got a preview of it yesterday.

Join Tiana, Mama Odie, Louis, and new friends on a whimsical water adventure in Disneyland’s Bayou Country! This fun-filled ride is perfect for young adventurers. Don’t worry if little ones are too short; use Rider Switch to ensure everyone has a magical experience.

Tiana’s Bayou Adventure invites guests to continue the enchanting story of “The Princess and the Frog.” As Tiana prepares for a one-of-a-kind Mardi Gras celebration honoring her employee-owned business, Tiana’s Foods, you’ll join her on a whimsical water adventure to find the missing band.

Before boarding the ride, immerse yourself in the immersive queue, filled with mementos of Tiana and her family’s culinary legacy. Discover newspaper clippings detailing Tiana’s journey and even catch a glimpse of the family gumbo recipe. Keep an eye out for the Tiana’s Foods truck, where a mischievous critter has stolen the license plate and turned it into a musical instrument.

Prepare for a splashtacular adventure on Tiana’s Bayou Adventure! As you twist, turn, and plunge through the bayou, you’ll encounter a thrilling 50-foot drop. To protect your belongings from the water, consider renting a locker on Main Street, U.S.A., utilizing Rider Switch, or placing your items in a resealable plastic bag.

For added protection, waterproof ponchos are available for purchase at various retail locations throughout Disneyland park. You can also find Tiana’s Bayou Adventure-themed waterproof phone pouches and souvenir towels at Louis’ Critter Club in Bayou Country.

Upon its grand opening, joining the complimentary virtual queue, accessible only via the Disneyland app, is required to experience Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. A standby queue will not be available during the attraction’s initial opening days.

The virtual queue enrollment times will be three times daily, at 7 a.m., 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. PT.

You may also get quicker entry to this attraction by booking an arrival window and using the Lightning Lane entrance with the purchase of Lightning Lane Multi Pass, subject to availability.

Disneyland’s Haunted Mansion is getting a new gift shop! Work on the shop has been ongoing but the construction walls recently came down and we got a look.

Step into a piece of Haunted Mansion history! The new shop, styled like an old carriage house, blends seamlessly with the New Orleans Square ambiance. And who better to own it than the enigmatic Madame Leota?

An enigmatic sign above the doors hints at supernatural secrets. While we may never know the true meaning behind the sign, it adds to the overall mystique of the attraction. Guests can also explore concept art for the shop and ride updates on the remaining construction walls.

We can’t wait for the new shop to open so we can finally see what’s inside!
