Walt Disney Studios continue to tease the fans with clips from their upcoming movie, Tomorrowland. Coming to your favorite theatre on May 22, 2015, Tomorrowland fans can enjoy a sneak peek at the latest trailer below.

The new mystery adventures stars George Clooney as a former boy genius who teams up with teen Casey (Brit Robertson) on a danger filled mission to discover the secrets of an egigmatic place found somewhere in space known only as “Tomorrowland”. The adventures they encounter will change the world and them – forever!

Frozen To Make It’s TV Debut!

Disney’s Academy Award®-winning “Frozen,” the highest-grossing animated movie of all time, will premiere across the networks of the Disney|ABC Television Group: Disney Channel, Disney Junior, Disney XD, ABC and ABC Family, beginning in February 2016.

In “Frozen,” fearless optimist Anna (Kristen Bell) teams up with rugged mountain man Kristoff (Jonathan Groff) and his loyal reindeer, Sven, in an epic journey, encountering Everest-like conditions, mystical trolls and a hilarious snowman named Olaf (Josh Gad) in a race to find Anna’s sister, Elsa (Idina Menzel), whose icy powers have trapped the kingdom of Arendelle in eternal winter. Can Anna save her sister and bring sunshine back to their home? Or will Arendelle be frozen forever?

Rumor Alert!

Ok now let’s hope the power at be will know this is just a rumor and not come after ol’ Anonymouse like they did before with my last post for Free Disney Dining!

Free Disney Dining for Visa card holders will be releasing on 4/27 with the general public release on 5/1. This news comes from a creditable source. As far as rooms, dates and all that jazz you will have to wait for the official word. Just remember you didn’t hear that from me.

Top 5 Tips for First Time Disney Flyers

Flying to Disney for the first time, especially with children can be a little daunting. This list of tips for first-timers will help you get everything in order before, during and after your flight. Print out this list so you can check things off as you go!

Step 1: Book a Flight

Use a Travel Magician like my friends and I at World of Magic Travel to find you the lowest fares and best times
Let your agent know where you prefer to sit (window/aisle/front)
Save time and confusion by asking for a non-stop or direct flight
Sometimes airlines charge fees for sitting together (we split up to save money)
Check the luggage weight limits and prices per bag (it can be up to $30 each!)
Browse the airline sites, such as Spirit and Southwest, to see if they have any promo’s going on

Step 2: Prep for your Flight

Check the weight of your bag after you pack it (usually 40-50 lbs is the limit)
Print your boarding pass at home 24 hours before (saves time at the airport)
Mark your bags so you can spot them easily (I wrap zebra print Duck tape around the handle)
Be sure your liquids are less than 3oz. each and in baggies
Avoid wearing jewelry, metal, or complicated shoes to speed up security
Keep your kids occupied with coloring books, hand-held games, or movies downloaded to your phone/tablet (Disney Movies Anywhere is a great app)
Take any meds. you may need in your carry-on: Tums, Tylenol, or Dramamine
Headphones for the kids as to not annoy other passengers with the Frozen Soundtrack

Step 3: Get to the Airport

Get there at least 1 hour early, preferrably more
Put on your MagicBands so you’re ready for the Magical Express
Have your ID’s and Boarding Passes ready
Find your airline desk and check your bags
Use the restroom
Go through security
Grab a snack and drink (I like to grab a few magazines too)
Listen for your Boarding Call- (board after the main rush so kids aren’t stuck in their seats waiting for too long)

Step 4: Fly to Disney!

Put electronics in Airplane Mode
Chew gum to relieve ear pressure
Drinks and snacks are usually available, sometimes for free (my kids drink ginger ale onboard to calm their tummies)

Step 5: Board Magical Express

Grab your stuff and exit the plane
Ride the airport tram to the Main Terminial (it’s like a mini-Monorail!)
If you’re using the Magical Express yellow tags, go down to the Magical Express on B1 and use your MagicBand to check-in
If you are grabbing your own bags, go pick up your bags under your airline’s sign, and then go to the Magical Express on B1.
- *I like to get my own luggage and take it to my resort with me, so that I don’t have to wait for it to be dropped off a few hours later, so we don’t use the yellow tags at all*

Tips for going home:

If you are flying: AirTran, Alaska, American, Continental, Delta, JetBlue, Northwest, Southwest, United, Spirit and US Airways you can take your checked bags to the front desk at your Disney Resort
Tragical Express* will pick you up at least 3 hours before your flight time (*Disney Addict term for the ride home)
Follow the same directions as Step 3 Above and have a nice flight!
Most Importantly: Start Planning your next Magical Disney World Vacation (because if you don’t, the withdrawal will set in!)

Dockside Margaritas Coming Soon to Downtown Disney at Disney World

Dockside Margaritas is supposed to be open for your drinking pleasure later this month at Downtown Disney. In case you don’t know, It is a waterfront margarita bar. The theme is a throwback to the 1960’s Florida Fruit Stand.

There will be live performers daily from 2:30-10:30 p.m. on Sunday through Thursday and 12:30-10:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. I am sure this spot will be very popular!

The Dawn Brancheau Foundation Hosts the 5th Annual “DREAM BIG 5K” at SeaWorld Orlando

The Dawn Brancheau Foundation’s Fifth Annual Dream Big 5K was this morning at SeaWorld Orlando.

All event proceeds will benefit community service projects positively impacting organizations in Central Florida.

The Dream Big 5K is a scenic 3.1 mile fun run through SeaWorld Orlando. Dream Big 5K participants were encouraged to form teams and ask family, friends, and co-workers to join them. During the run, Dawn’s inspirational music from her personal iPod was played throughout the park. There was also a special route for a Family Fun Walk, where strollers/baby joggers were welcomed.

The Dawn Brancheau Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of children and animals in need, inspiring others to follow their dreams, and promoting the importance of community service.

The proceeds from this year’s event will be used to:

Purchase a Yamaha Electric Utility Cart for the Adopt-A-Villa program at Give Kids the World

Supply bunk beds and dressers for the boys at Central Florida Children’s Home

Provide funds for Dawn’s Garden and the construction of a new playground swing set at Edgewood Children’s Ranch

Purchase picnic tables for Dawn’s Picnic Area at Matthew’s Hope Firm Foundation Preschool

Sponsor the construction of Dawn’s Nature Trail and Gazebo at Harbor House of Central Florida

Purchase three benches for the new dog walk at Orange County Animal Services

Build an area for small dogs to Dawn’s Play Yard at Osceola County Animal Services

Sponsor a day of free spay and neuter services for Dolly’s Foundation

Immediately following the event, all participants were invited to join volunteers assembling “Family Food Bags” for the families serviced by Matthew’s Hope and “Doggie Treat Bags” for the dogs sheltered by Osceola County and Dolly’s Foundation.

“Inside Out” Premieres At The 2015 Cannes Film Festival

Disney Pixar’s upcoming new movie, “Inside Out” will be part of the exclusive list at the 68th Annual Cannes Film Festival. Directed by Pete Doctor and Ronnie Del Carmen and produced by Jonas Rivera, who along with members of the cast, will be at the Cannes Film Festival, for the world premiere.

“We are overjoyed at being included in this year’s official selection at Cannes,” said Docter. “With ‘Inside Out,’ we spent years imagining – and then building – never-before-seen settings and characters within the mind. It was an incredible, fun and exciting challenge and now we can’t wait to share it with the world.”

“Inside Out” tells the story of 11 year old Riley’s 5 emotions who live inside “Headquarters” (Riley”s head). The emotions work hard all day and include Joy (voice of Amy Poehler), the leader who’s job it is to make sure Riley stays happy. Fear (voice of Bill Hader) is in charge of safety, Anger (voice of Lewis Black)keeps things fair and Disgust (voice of Mindy Kaling) prevents Riley from getting poisoned—both physically and socially. Sadness (voice of Phyllis Smith) isn’t exactly sure what her role is, and frankly, neither is anyone else.

When Riley and her family move to a new city, the emotions are put to work to help her deal with the changes and adventures. But when Joy and Sadness are accidently swept away from Headquarters, the rest of the emotions are left behind and all must work hard to reunite and get Headquarters and Riley back on track.

Disney•Pixar’s “Inside Out” opens in U.S. theaters on June 19, 2015 just in time for summer fun, See you at the movies but in the meantime check out the video below to meet Riley and her emotions.

Once Upon A Time Fan Convention Is Coming To California!

Fans of the ABC TV series, Once upon a time, are in for a huge 3 day fan event. Regal Con 2015 as the fan convention is titled will take place at the Anaheim, CA May 8-10. T he first Regal Con is an event created by fans just for fans.
