Disney Jollywood Nights Returns for 2026 with More Dates, New January Events, and Tickets Starting at $159

Disney has officially unwrapped the details for Disney Jollywood Nights 2026, and this year’s holiday celebration is bigger than ever. The after-hours event at Disney’s Hollywood Studios will return this holiday season with 15 event nights, including the first-ever dates extending into January.

Jollywood Nights combines the glitz of old Hollywood with festive entertainment, specialty food and drinks, rare character meet-and-greets, shorter attraction wait times, and plenty of seasonal sparkle. Guests can enter Disney’s Hollywood Studios as early as 5:30 p.m. before the party officially begins at 7:30 p.m., with festivities continuing through 12:30 a.m.

This year’s event will take place on select nights from November 7 through January 5. Dates include November 7, 14, 16, 21, 23, and 28; December 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, and 23; and for the first time ever, January 3 and 5.

Disney has also revealed ticket prices, which range from $159 to $199 per person depending on the event date. Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club members can take advantage of discounted pricing on all event nights. This pricing is consistent with the pricing for the 2025 event.

Guests staying at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels, the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels, and Shades of Green can purchase tickets beginning July 9. General ticket sales open July 16.

The “Halfway to the Holidays” announcements keep rolling in! Walt Disney World has officially confirmed the return of Disney Jollywood Nights for the 2026 holiday season at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, complete with party dates and ticketing details.

If you are ready to get glammed up for this festive, Hollywood-style holiday bash, here is everything you need to know to start planning.

2026 Event Dates and Times

This year, Disney Jollywood Nights will run on select nights starting November 7th and concluding on January 5th, 2027.

The event will take place on the following dates:

November 7, 14, 16, 21, 23, 28
December 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, 23
January 3, 5

This year, you can enter Jollywood Nights as early as 5:30 p.m. before the festivities kick off at 7:30 p.m. You’ll have up to five hours to jingle into the night, all the way until 12:30 a.m.

Disney Jollywood Nights is a limited-capacity event, so make sure you purchase tickets well ahead of your travel dates. Ticket prices vary per date.

Shopping for Disney merchandise may soon get a little more magical. Disney Store has announced a new AI Personal Shopping Assistant pilot program that is beginning to roll out to select users through the Disney Store iOS app.

The new feature is designed to make it easier for fans to discover products, find gift ideas, and shop for their favorite Disney stories using natural conversation. Instead of endlessly scrolling through pages of merchandise, guests can chat with the AI assistant and receive personalized recommendations based on what they’re looking for. Whether you’re searching for the perfect birthday gift, planning a Disney Parks outfit, or hunting down the latest collectibles, the assistant aims to help narrow down the choices.

Disney says the AI Personal Shopping Assistant has been developed to align with the company’s brand voice, character knowledge, and extensive product catalog. The assistant can answer questions about merchandise, recommend products, and provide information on availability. Human customer service representatives will still be available for guests who prefer traditional support.

The new tool is currently available to select guests using the Disney Store iOS app with a registered Disney Store account. Disney plans to expand availability in the future, with Android users and web shoppers expected to receive access in the coming months. The announcement marks another step in Disney’s growing use of artificial intelligence to enhance the guest experience, this time helping fans answer one of the toughest Disney questions of all: “What should I buy next?”

Magic Kingdom Fills Up Fast as Annual Passholder July 4 Reservations Reach Capacity

If you were hoping to spend Independence Day watching fireworks over Cinderella Castle, you may need a backup plan. Walt Disney World has officially reached capacity for Annual Passholder reservations at Magic Kingdom on July 4, 2026.

According to Disney’s Annual Passholder reservation calendar, Magic Kingdom is now fully booked for Passholders on Saturday, July 4. Reservations remain available at EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Passholders who secure a reservation at one of those parks can still attempt to Park Hop to Magic Kingdom later in the day, provided the park does not reach overall capacity.

The reservation restriction currently impacts Incredi Pass and Sorcerer Pass holders. Meanwhile, Pirate Pass and Pixie Dust Pass holders are already blocked out from visiting Walt Disney World from July 2 through July 5, with the Pixie Dust Pass blackout extending through July 6.

The holiday crowds come as Walt Disney World prepares for a historic Fourth of July celebration during America’s 250th Independence Day. Magic Kingdom will once again light up the sky with “Disney’s Celebrate America! A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky” on July 3, 4, and 5. Over at EPCOT, guests can enjoy the fan-favorite “Heartbeat of Freedom” finale immediately following Luminous The Symphony of Us on those same nights.

On Sunday, June 21, a shocking situation unfolded at Disneyland Park around 6:00 p.m. A 13-year-old rider reportedly climbed out of their ride vehicle on Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, resulting in the guest sliding all the way down the attraction’s massive 50-foot drop.

Newly surfaced footage from TMZ captures the terrifying moment a 13-year-old boy leaped from a moving ride vehicle just as it began its descent down the 50-foot drop. The shocking video shows the boy landing directly on the track and sliding headfirst down the incline right behind the log flume. The footage, captured by a fellow theme park guest on Sunday, was shared widely after being posted by TMZ on X.

The skies above the port will be aglow with breathtaking color and sound on Friday, July 3rd, for the annual “Smoke on the Water & Fire in the Sky” fireworks celebration.

Hosted by the Cove Merchants Association at Port Canaveral, this year’s spectacular event holds even more meaning as communities across the nation begin celebrating the historic 250th anniversary of the United States!

If you are planning to head out to enjoy the fireworks, we have all the essential details on viewing locations, parking fees, and crucial traffic patterns you need to know before you go.

Public viewing for the “Smoke on the Water & Fire in the Sky” festivities will be centered around The Cove District at Port Canaveral. This vibrant waterfront area offers the perfect vantage point to grab a bite to eat and enjoy the show with family and friends.

Important Safety Notice: Please note that there are NO public viewing locations on the north side of Port Canaveral (which includes the “A” Cruise Terminals and North Cargo Operations) or on any portion of State Road 401. The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office will be strictly monitoring and enforcing these restricted areas.

Planning where to park ahead of time is the best way to ensure a smooth evening. Here is how the parking structure will break down for the event:

The Cove Parking Lot: Parking is FREE for patrons of The Cove restaurants until the lot reaches full capacity.
Designated Port Canaveral Lots: General event parking areas within the Port will be available for $15 per vehicle. Both cash and credit cards will be accepted.

Make sure to consult Port Canaveral’s official “Parking Overview” map before arriving to find the best lot for your vehicle.

To make sure everyone arrives safely and exits efficiently once the grand finale wraps up, a comprehensive special event parking and traffic flow plan has been jointly developed by the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office, Canaveral Fire Rescue, and Canaveral Port Authority Public Safety.

Here are a few things to keep in mind:

Road Closures: Expect select road closures within The Cove Restaurant District leading up to the event to accommodate pedestrian traffic.
One-Way Exiting: Following the conclusion of the fireworks display, Port roads will utilize one-way directional exiting to clear the area as quickly as possible.
On-Site Assistance: Brevard County Sheriff’s deputies, parking attendants, and port staff will be stationed at key intersections throughout the Port to guide motorists and keep traffic moving.

Because of these specialized traffic patterns, visitors are highly encouraged to review the official parking lot locations and traffic flow maps before heading out to the Port. Plan your route, arrive early, and get ready for a truly magical start to the holiday weekend!

The Ankole is a striking breed of African cattle belonging to the Sanga group, native to countries like Burundi, the Congo, Rwanda, Tanzania, and Uganda. While little Cinnamon doesn’t have them just yet, her iconic horns will start to show in just a few months.

Two brothers, Michael and Bob, are the driving force behind the kind of magic that begins with the people who share it. Every day, they work behind the scenes at Walt Disney World Resort, drawing on a lifetime of trust and teamwork. Their mechanical work has become almost instinctive, allowing them to seamlessly keep the magic moving for millions of guests visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth!

For over a decade, brothers Michael and Bob have built their careers together under Facility & Operations Services. Michael, an Engineering Services manager who recently worked on Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, and Bob, a heavy equipment mechanic, share a lifelong bond that keeps the parks running smoothly behind the scenes so families can focus on making memories.

Michael’s journey started after a 2004 behind-the-scenes birthday tour inspired him to join the company. He started in part-time merchandise before finding his true calling in maintenance as a full-time mechanic in 2007. Encouraged by Michael, Bob took his own leap of faith in 2010, joining Disney for the incredible career stability and family support it provides.

Though Michael is based at Magic Kingdom and Bob supports the entire property, the brothers remain deeply connected. “Mechanics may not always be seen,” Michael says, “but their work is felt.”

They are part of a 2,600-member Engineering Services team—ranging from electricians and plumbers to painters and ironworkers—that keeps Walt Disney World running every day. Boasting an average of 11 years of service, this team proves that for many behind-the-scenes Cast Members, maintaining the magic is a lifelong career.

A Generational Legacy

The brothers’ love for the trade spans generations, passed down from a grandfather who farmed and a father who ran and repaired heavy equipment. Michael and Bob didn’t just watch—they learned by doing. Michael later sharpened his skills at a motor vehicle company, fueling a deep respect for mechanical craftsmanship that paved his way to Disney.

Finding Magic in the Work

Today, that craftsmanship keeps the parks alive. Michael feels the magic whenever he tells someone, “I work at Disney,” always remembering a mentor’s note that families travel across the world to see the very attractions he maintains. For Bob, the fulfillment comes from supporting the heavy equipment that allows horticulture and custodial teams to keep the resort beautiful.
