We are officially 85 days away from the grand opening of Universal’s Epic Universe, and it looks like the first wave of guests will be stepping through the portals very soon! Universal has officially invited Team Members to sign up for exclusive previews of the park, giving them the first opportunity to experience its groundbreaking attractions, immersive lands, and cutting-edge technology.

The Team Member Preview will take place in two phases:

🚀 Phase One: Exclusive Team Member Preview – Runs March 1 through March 7 and will be open exclusively to Universal Team Members.

🎢 Phase Two: Team Member + Family Preview – Details and dates to be announced soon, allowing Team Members to bring their families to experience the park before the public opening.

For those hoping for sneak peeks online, don’t expect a flood of leaks during these previews. Universal has implemented a strict no-photo policy, meaning:

📵 Photography, videography, and video calls are strictly prohibited
🚫 Violators will be removed from the park and face disciplinary action

Walt Disney World President Jeff Vahle recently took some time out of his busy schedule to meet one of Animal Kingdom’s youngest and most beloved new residents—Bakso, the Sumatran tiger cub! Joined by Dr. Mark Penning, Vice President of Animals, Science, and Environment for Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products, and other dedicated Cast Members, Vahle paid a visit to Bakso, who made his debut on the Maharajah Jungle Trek in January 2025.

Since his arrival, Bakso has been captivating guests with his playful personality and majestic presence, quickly becoming a guest favorite at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. In a recent Instagram post, Jeff Vahle reflected on the visit, stating:

“It’s been a month since our Sumatran tiger cub, Bakso, debuted on Maharajah Jungle Trek at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. We went out to meet some of the incredible Cast who care for Bakso and share his story with our Guests. I’m so proud of our Animals, Science and Environment team for their hard work!”

But Bakso’s story goes beyond just being an adorable addition to the park—he represents a vital conservation effort. With fewer than 600 Sumatran tigers remaining in the wild and in managed care, his birth in September 2024 was a monumental achievement for the Species Survival Plan (SSP) and the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA). This special offering, available during the festival’s run from February 28 to April 21, 2025, will allow guests to meet artists and have their artwork signed.

Artist signings will take place every Saturday and Sunday of the festival at two locations:
