It’s officially time to put your name in the Goblet of Speed—because Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure has finally joined the Universal Express Pass family at Universal’s Islands of Adventure!

Yes, after years of swirling rumors, wishful thinking, and magical speculation, the last major holdout in the Universal Orlando Resort has dropped its “no Express” status. Since the ride’s debut in 2019, guests have noticed the presence of an Express queue lane… but it was always dormant—like a Blast-Ended Skrewt in nap mode. That all changes now!

Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure—which whisks riders through the Forbidden Forest on a thrilling journey with Hagrid himself—was the only attraction left standing at either Islands of Adventure or Universal Studios Florida that didn’t accept Express access. This made it the final boss for thrill-seekers looking to maximize their day without relying solely on standby waits or early park entry.

With this addition, every major attraction across the two main Universal Orlando theme parks now supports Express. That includes guests who purchase Universal Express, Express Unlimited, or use the complimentary Express access after 4 p.m. that’s a perk for Universal Orlando Premier Annual Passholders.

The addition follows a recent clearing of space behind the Big Top Treats snack stand, located centrally within the large, shaded tent of Big Top Souvenirs. This newly designated area now comfortably accommodates multiple tables, providing a convenient spot for guests to take a seat and enjoy their purchases.

The picnic tables themselves are constructed from blue metal with standard black supports and feature a rectangular design. Each table is accompanied by two movable benches, offering flexible seating for approximately three to four guests per bench. “Playing YGOR for Monsters Unchained: The Frankenstein Experiment was a dream gig,” he shared. “Getting to experience the ride, the land, and the entire park in person was truly incredible.”

He also shared the night with his fellow “undead”: his Dracula co-star Mateus Ward, Mateus’s dad Justin Isaac Ward, producer and creative force @gprodigy, and (cue Danny Elfman theme music) the legendary Danny Elfman himself. Talk about a killer crew!

But it was clear from his post that the real heartbeat of the night (besides any reanimated monsters) was Rama’s wife @sharmita_bhattacharya, who he lovingly called his “stunning, silly, charming, and beautiful” partner. The two looked positively glowing — or maybe that’s just the lightning from Frankenstein’s lab?

In true Ygor fashion, Rama kept it fun:

Bonus celeb encounters? Oh yeah — Rama casually mentioned, “I got to say what up to Brook Lopez and good evening to Warwick Davis.” Now that’s a night.

He closed with a message to all fellow dreamers:

And with that, the voice behind Ygor proved that lightning really can strike — especially at Epic Universe.
