‘Tis the Season! Starbucks Holiday Menu Returns on November 6th
The countdown has begun! Starting November 6th, Starbucks is officially launching its highly anticipated holiday menu, bringing back the festive flavors that signal the start of the season.
The initial lineup of returning holiday beverages includes the classic Peppermint Mocha, the rich Caramel Brulée Latte, the sweet Iced Sugar Cookie Latte, and the cozy Iced Gingerbread Chai. Fans should also watch for the return of the Chestnut Praline Latte and the beloved Eggnog Latte later in the holiday season.
The bakery case will be dressed for the season with the exciting return of the fan-favorite Snowman Cookie, as well as the Cranberry Bliss Bar and Sugar Plum Cheese Danish. New this season is the Polar Bear Cake Pop and Cinnamon Pull-Apart Bread.
Starbucks whole bean holiday coffee lineup includes Starbucks Thanksgiving Blend, Christmas Blend (also available in decaf), Christmas Blonde Roast and Holiday Blend.
Starbucks also previewed items in their holiday merchandise collection and a limited-edition merchandise collaboration with Hello Kitty, which will be available in Starbucks coffeehouses on Nov. 6. Learn more about the Hello Kitty collection.
And later in the season is the return of a Starbucks holiday tradition, Red Cup Day. Customers can look forward to celebrating with a collectible, reusable holiday cup which they will receive with the purchase of any handcrafted holiday beverage.

Look for the new, silky-smooth cold brew at locations like Energy Bytes, Sunshine Seasons, Dockside Diner, and Restaurantosaurus, in addition to other new spots opening across the resort for your world adventures.

Disney Springs Celebrates the Release of Tron: Ares with Electrifying Displays and Photo Ops
The Grid has officially gone live at Disney Springs! In celebration of the upcoming release of Tron: Ares, Disney Springs has been transformed into a glowing red-and-black spectacle straight out of the digital frontier.
Guests visiting now through October 13 can strike a pose at the limited-time photo op located in the Market Stalls, where an impressive full-scale lightcycle display invites fans to “re-enter the grid.” The setup features the signature neon wheels and futuristic design fans know from the Tron universe — perfect for an epic Instagram moment before catching the movie.
Meanwhile, the AMC Disney Springs 24 has gone full “Users only” mode with Tron: Ares banners, character portraits, and a custom red-carpet-style entrance leading right into the theater. From the sleek lightcycle mural outside to glowing signage and a matching floor graphic, this is the ultimate spot for fans to celebrate the new chapter in the Tron saga.
Tron: Ares, the highly anticipated third installment in the sci-fi franchise, hits theaters October 10 — and Disney Springs is the perfect place to see it come to life both on and off the screen.
Disney Springs Lime Garage to Temporarily Close for Structural Maintenance in Early 2026
Heads up, Disney Springs regulars: one of the resort’s most popular parking garages is about to take a short but significant break. According to documents from the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (CFTOD), the Lime Garage at Disney Springs is scheduled for a major round of structural maintenance early next year, temporarily closing for several weeks during the first quarter of 2026.
The project, expected to focus on structural and preventative maintenance across all five levels of the garage, is currently slated to run January 12 through March 13, 2026. With more than 2,000 spaces and a direct pedestrian bridge to Disney Springs Town Center, the Lime Garage is one of the most heavily used parking facilities at Walt Disney World.
Here’s the tentative schedule released by the district:
Full closure: January 12 – February 11, 2026
Temporary reopening: February 12 – 16, 2026 (Presidents Day weekend)
Final closure and completion: February 17 – March 13, 2026
During this time, guests will still have access to the Orange and Grapefruit Garages as well as nearby surface parking areas. Disney is expected to post updated signage and traffic management to assist guests arriving via Buena Vista Drive.

The “Believe… in Holiday Magic” Fireworks Spectacular is a must-see nightly event that perfectly captures the wonder of the Christmas season at Disneyland. This dazzling 15-minute show transforms the park’s sky with festive fireworks, all synchronized to stirring holiday music. A fan-favorite highlight is the magical “snowfall” over Main Street, U.S.A., a moment that truly brings the spirit of the holidays to life.

Disneyland Confirms Tangled Addition to Storybook Land Canal Boats
We’re excited to share that a new, miniature scene from Disney’s Tangled is coming to the classic Storybook Land Canal Boats attraction at Disneyland park!
This charming addition, which features Rapunzel’s Tower, will debut during the Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration. It will join the enchanting collection of miniature homes, villages, and castles from beloved fairytales. Guests will find Rapunzel’s Tower nestled between the Patchwork Quilt and Toad Hall when the attraction reopens this winter.
As shown in newly released concept art, the slender tower is marked by a shingled turret and several windows high above the ground. A meticulously cared for selection of flora completes the scene, creating a lush green oasis among the boulders surrounding Rapunzel’s home.
Beyond the tower, multiple wanted posters seeking Flynn Rider dot the stone wall, and even in miniature, they still couldn’t get Flynn’s nose right. In fact, each poster has a different depiction of Flynn’s most difficult-to-capture feature.
A secluded dock with a boat inspired by the one from the film will sit at the edge of the water further down the canal. The dock is framed by a trail of twinkling lights winding up a trellis on the bridge, where the Casey Jr. Circus Train rumbles along.
As you float by this scene during the day, you’ll hear a charming arrangement of “When Will My Life Begin?” escaping from Rapunzel’s Tower, recalling afternoons of puzzles, darts and baking. Once dusk falls, “I See the Light” will play as you drift along the canal and watch the winking lights, reminiscent of the lanterns Rapunzel and Flynn Rider gazed at from their boat in the film.
As the local villagers of Fantasyland like to say, “Huzzah!” to this new “mini magic” on a fan-favorite attraction!
An Attraction with History Going Back to Walt Disney
Storybook Land Canal Boats is rooted in history going all the way back to Walt Disney himself, so there’s no better time to honor this attraction than during our 70th anniversary celebration.
Walt long had a fascination with miniatures, which he collected for many years. His love of these petite creations was an inspiration for the creation of the attraction that would become the Storybook Land Canal Boats.
On the opening day of Disneyland 70 years ago in 1955, Canal Boats of the World debuted as a serene boat ride. The attraction underwent a transformation months later to bring beloved, small-scale fairytales to life along the banks.
The attraction reopened as Storybook Land Canal Boats in June 1956, inviting guests to tour a tiny wonderland of fantastical realms. Residences from some favorite stories were painstakingly recreated at 1:12 scale and surrounded by impressive works of horticulture.
Today, tours through the peaceful waters are narrated by expert cast member guides who point out landmarks from some favorite Disney stories, like the castle from Cinderella perched high on the hill and the humble workshop where Geppetto carves his wooden masterpieces.
Over the years, the attraction has evolved to introduce iconic scenes and sounds from Disney Animation stories such as Aladdin, The Little Mermaid, and Frozen.
With impressively handcrafted miniatures and beloved stories, it’s no surprise this ride has enchanted visitors for decades.
Disneyland’s A Christmas Fantasy Parade is a cherished holiday tradition, bringing the spirit of the season to Main Street, U.S.A. Guests can watch beloved Disney characters, marching toy soldiers, dancing gingerbread men, and festive floats—all culminating in the appearance of Santa Claus himself.

Port Canaveral Parking Just Got More Expensive for Cruise Passengers
Effective October 1, 2025, Port Canaveral officially raised the daily rate for cruise parking at its terminals. This marks the first price hike for cruise parking at Port Canaveral since 2017, and the generated revenue is intended to fund necessary infrastructure upgrades due to booming passenger traffic.
Port Canaveral is a premier port for major cruise lines, and is an especially popular departure point for Disney Cruise Line.
Currently, Disney Cruise Line sailings from Port Canaveral offer a variety of itineraries, including Bahamian cruises on the Disney Wish, Disney Fantasy, and Disney Magic. These cruises frequently feature stops at Disney’s private island destinations like Castaway Cay or the newest destination, Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point.
For a truly magical experience, guests can book special themed voyages, such as Halloween on the High Seas or Very Merrytime cruises. Additionally, a special Disney Visa Cardmember offer may be available for select fall 2025 sailings.
The increase was first proposed during a commissioner’s meeting on August 20, 2025, and officially went into effect at the start of October 2025.
The previous daily cruise parking rate was $17 per vehicle. With the new changes, the rate has been raised to $20 per day (plus tax). This rate applies to both vehicles and RVs and includes the days of both embarkation and debarkation. For context, a typical 3-night cruise will now incur a parking fee of $80 plus tax (for four total days of parking).
Port officials, as reported by WFTV 9, cited record passenger volume as the direct reason for the price hike. The port has already processed 8.4 million passengers this year and expects that number to climb to 9 million next year, necessitating the increase to fund necessary infrastructure improvements and handle the booming traffic.
