It’s shaping up to be an unforgettable year for Ravensburger’s Disney Lorcana Trading Card Game. Following the massive success of Fabled—which brought the energy and soundtrack of A Goofy Movie straight to tabletops—Illumineers everywhere have been eager to see what’s next. The latest chapter, Whispers in the Well, promises mystery, intrigue, and just the right touch of eerie excitement.

This new set marks the long-awaited arrival of Disney’s The Black Cauldron and beloved ’90s series Gargoyles to the Lorcana universe. And in a particularly inspired bit of timing, Zootopia’s own Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde are joining the fun—just as they return to the big screen in their latest cinematic adventure.

Whispers in the Well arrives for prerelease in local game stores on November 7, followed by a wide release on November 14. Pre-orders are already open, and with the growing popularity of the game, fans will want to act fast.

The first Storyliving by Disney community, Cotino, located in the greater Palm Springs area, is reaching new milestones daily, with its first residents now moved in. New homeowners are already experiencing what made this desert oasis a favorite of Walt Disney and his family: stunning mountain views, vibrant sunsets, a rich art scene, and beautiful, iconic architecture.

For an extra touch of magic, Cotino residents may choose to join the voluntary Artisan Club. This optional membership unlocks a trove of recreation and relaxation amenities located along the tranquil shores of Cotino Bay, featuring the clearest turquoise waters with Crystal Lagoons technology.

When designing the look and feel of the Artisan Club, Disney Imagineers expertly combined their signature placemaking touches with the mid-century modern architectural styles of the Coachella Valley. From archival artwork by Disney legends and custom pieces by local artists to enriching environments that bring new stories to life, every detail has been thoughtfully curated.

Later this month, the club will open and provide club members with a beautiful place to connect, create and celebrate together. Looking for unforgettable experiences? Desert Dining in Disney Style

With fresh, seasonal menus, the club’s two signature dining spots – Architects Fork and Plot Twist – both offer a staple dining experience for Artisan Club members.

Architects Fork, the club’s table-service restaurant, takes members on a creative journey of architecture and design. Every wall is lined with artwork and technical concept designs from throughout Disney history. Construction documents of iconic projects such as “it’s a small world” and Big Thunder Mountain are on display, paying homage to the hand-drawn techniques of Imagineers.

Diners will also see works by celebrated Disney artists including Mary Blair, a hand sketch of Sleeping Beauty’s Castle by Bruce Bushman, a mockup of Disney’s Contemporary Resort by Ken Chapman and more. Each piece was hand selected by Imagineers from the Walt Disney Imagineering archives.

On the menu, members can find a selection of hand-crafted items for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Just outside of Architects Fork is Plot Twist – the Artisan Club’s outdoor beach bar. Offering a selection of beverages and snacks, Artisan Club members can relax and refresh in comfy lounge seating while soaking up views of the sparkling Cotino Bay. 

Paying homage to the beach bar’s name, members will notice book passages and sketches from historic tales that influenced classic Disney stories. From the original Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland to Cinderella’s glass slipper, the backdrop that runs along the bar features characters and icons that will resonate with Disney fans and fairytale readers alike.

Where Magic Meets Wellness

Whether it’s focusing on strength training, finding peace during Pilates, paddleboarding on Cotino Bay, or hitting the court for a friendly match of pickleball or tennis, Artisan Club members can have a variety of fun options to stay active while soaking up the beautiful panoramic mountain views.

Within these brand-new facilities, Artisan Club members can experience select Disney-inspired fitness experiences—sprinkled thoughtfully among a broader mix of programs and classes—to channel their favorite Disney characters and stories through vibrant, themed sessions, adding a touch of enchantment to their wellness journey.

Hollywood & Vine Retires Disney Junior Breakfast as Minnie’s Seasonal Dine Expands to Mornings at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

A big change has arrived at Hollywood & Vine in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and it’s all about Minnie Mouse! Beginning October 12, 2025, Minnie’s Seasonal Dine has officially expanded to include breakfast, joining the long-running lunch and dinner offerings.

This update also marks the end of the Disney Junior Play ‘n Dine breakfast, which had been a favorite among families with little ones. The morning meal previously featured popular Disney Junior pals like Vampirina, Fancy Nancy, and Doc McStuffins, but those characters have now said their goodbyes for the time being.

Their disappearance isn’t totally out of the blue, though. The Animation Courtyard, which housed the Disney Junior Play & Dance show and character meet-and-greets, recently closed as part of a major re-imagining. Disney is transforming the area into the new Magic of Disney Animation experience, expected to debut in 2026. While Disney hasn’t confirmed if or when the Disney Junior crew will return, it’s likely they’ll find a new home once the re-imagined venue opens.

Meanwhile, Minnie and her friends are taking over the entire day at Hollywood & Vine, hosting guests for themed meals that rotate throughout the year. Here’s the current lineup for those planning their next star-studded meal:

Tron Ares Brings Fans Back to the Grid

Some films feel like they were pulled from Hollywood by sheer force of will. Tron: Ares is one of them — a long time coming, a passion project years in the making for Jared Leto, who both stars in and champions this stunning return to one of Disney’s most visually ambitious franchises. Four decades after the original Tron and over a decade after Tron: Legacy flirted with bridging worlds, Ares finally fulfills the promise that CLU once sought: the collision of the digital grid and the human realm.

The result is a cinematic experience that feels at once familiar and utterly new — a film that crackles with neon electricity and human emotion in equal measure. The visuals are, simply put, breathtaking. Director Joachim Rønning crafts a digital world that no longer feels like a simulation, but a living, breathing extension of our own reality. The grid’s geometric perfection bleeds seamlessly into the imperfections of the real world, creating an aesthetic that’s both haunting and hypnotic. It’s as if the pulse of the system has escaped containment, and we’re all just along for the ride.

A major part of that pulse comes from Nine Inch Nails, whose score for Tron: Ares is nothing short of revelatory. Following in the footsteps of Daft Punk’s legendary Legacy soundtrack, Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross bring an industrial edge to the film’s sonic architecture. It’s dark, thrumming, and alive — a digital heartbeat that amplifies every frame. The Tron trilogy has always been defined by its music, and Ares continues that legacy with a score that both honors and evolves the soundscape of the grid.

But here’s the surprise: Tron: Ares isn’t just a visual and auditory triumph. It’s also… good. Genuinely good. The story, which could easily have been crushed under the weight of its own mythology, instead finds room to breathe. It builds bridges for newcomers unfamiliar with the Tron canon, offering enough exposition to orient without overwhelming, while still hiding plenty of Easter eggs for the diehards. Against all odds, the script has heart — exploring questions of identity, creation, and control without losing sight of the thrill that brought audiences here in the first place.
