Work continues on multiple projects in Epcot and today we have an update on the CommuniCore Hall construction. Twitter user @bioreconstruct shared a look at the work happening on the CommuniCore Hall building.
CommuniCore Hall will be a multi-purpose building and home to the festival stage. Guests will also be able to find meet and greets, a demonstration kitchen, and a mixology bar. The new location will also serve as a festival support center.
The area where CommuniCore Hall is being built is looking less like a pit of dirt and more like the building that will open late next year. Twitter user @bioreconstruct shared two images of the ongoing work.

An artist is accusing Marvel Studios of stealing artwork he created in 2016 for their ‘Werewolf by Night’ poster.
Graphic artist Midiankai took to social media to claim that Disney and Marvel Studios’ official Werewolf by Night poster copied designs from a cover he created years ago for Born from Pain, a Dutch hardcore band.
There are some differences between Midi’s design (left) and the “Wereworlf By Night” poster (right), such as the red eyes and level of fine detail. However, other features, including the shape of teeth, nose and the tufts of hair around the face look very similar.
Midiankai spoke with The Direct and claimed he’s had his art stolen before, but usually by beginner artists — not big names like Marvel. He says the incident should be addressed, and he may ask for credit and royalties from Disney since the poster has been widely circulated. As of Saturday, he indicated he is taking “some legal steps toward this case.” Marvel has not yet responded to these developments.
Midiankai told The Direct how he has previously had “some of [his] art… stolen by beginner artists chasing fast profit, but never by big names like Marvel.” He says the incident should be addressed. Midiankai believes owed both credit and royalties given the circulation of the poster in question. Marvel has not responded yet to these allegations.
Marvel Studios is getting into the Halloween spirit this year with ”Werewolf By Night.” The Marvel Studios Special Presentation is now streaming exclusively on Disney+.
The special is a tribute to the classic horror and brings monsters to the center stage. The special is filmed primarily in black and white, too. Inspired by horror films of the 1930s and 1940s, the chilling special aims to evoke a sense of dread and macabre, with plenty of suspense and scares along the way as we explore a new corner of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
On a dark and somber night, a secret cabal of monster hunters emerge from the shadows and gather at the foreboding Bloodstone Temple following the death of their leader. In a strange and macabre memorial to the leader’s life, the attendees are thrust into a mysterious and deadly competition for a powerful relic-a hunt that will ultimately bring them face to face with a dangerous monster. Among them is Jack Russell aka Werewolf By Night (Gael García Bernal) and Ulysses’ estranged daughter Elsa (Laura Donnelly).

An official sequel to the holiday classic “Christmas Story” is coming soon to HBO Max!
In the nostalgia-heavy first teaser trailer for HBO Max’s upcoming sequel to the 1983 classic A Christmas Story, familiar sets from the original film are shown as iconic lines from the movie play over a festive instrumental track.
At the end of thepreview, protagonist Ralphie, now all grown up, is shown in a close-up, putting on his glasses and smiling.

Set in the 1970s, A Christmas Story Christmas follows an adult Ralphie as he “returns to the house on Cleveland Street to deliver his kids a magical Christmas like the one he had growing up,” according to the official logline. “With the same attention-to-real-life tone of the first, Ralphie reconnects with childhood friends, reconciles the passing of his Old Man and sows the seeds for the origins of the beloved holiday classic.”
The new film follows a now-grown Ralphie Parker, the blond protagonist again played by actor Peter Billingsley. Other actors reprising their iconic roles include Ian Petrella as Randy, as well as Zack Ward, the original Scut Farkus.
“A Christmas Story Christmas” premieres on HBO Max on November 17.
Dezerland Orlando introduces new Food Hall Concept. Dezerland Action Park Orlando is Florida’s largest indoor attraction with over 850,000 square feet of family entertainment options. The park is home to the Orlando Auto Museum with over 2,000 vehicles, making it the state’s largest auto museum. Dezerland also features Florida’s longest indoor go-kart track, more than 300 video and skill games, a 30,000-square-foot trampoline park, glow-in-the-dark mini golf, bowling and so much more.

At Pizza Pie, each pizza is created fresh with the guest’s choice of toppings. Amigo Burrito draws in adventurous eaters with the option to create their own burrito or bowl and enjoy Latin favorites like yucca fries, empanadas, and churros. Guests can stop by French Café for fresh baguette sandwiches, hand-crafted coffee drinks, and delicate pastries.
Other offerings include Corner Burger, which serves hand-crafted burgers finished with the best toppings, and Fish & Chips, where guests will find crispy cod or golden fried shrimp served with chips that can be customized with a variety of seasonings or toppings. Visitors can end their meal with a sweet treat at Glida and create their own soft-serve ice cream or frozen yogurt masterpiece.
When people visit Dezerland, Florida’s largest indoor attraction and auto museum, they’re looking for a unique and interesting experience you can’t find at a traditional entertainment center. The new food hall adds to the action park’s exciting offerings for guests.

It’s official! Harrison Ford is joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe!
Deadline has officially confirmed that Harrison Ford, best known for his starring roles in the Star Wars and Indiana Jones franchises, will replace the late William Hurt as General Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Ford will make his first appearance as the character in the upcoming 2024 film Captain America: New World Order. The casting comes after a month of reports and rumors
Captain America: New World Order will star Anthony Mackie reprising his longtime Marvel character of Sam Wilson. The Cloverfield Paradox helmer Julius Onah is set to direct. The movie will take place after the events of 2021’s Marvel Disney+ series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, which saw Wilson finally accept the shield and mantle of Captain America.
William Hurt had originally played the role in the MCU in The Incredible Hulk, Captain America: Civil War, Avengers: Infinity War, Avengers: Endgame, and Black Widow.
We’ll next Harrison Ford see on the big screen in the still untitled Indiana Jones 5, a full trailer of which is likely to be out before the end of the year. That’s set for release June 30, 2023.
