More Demolition Work Underway for Splash Mountain. Tiana sure wants to move in quickly. The crew of the Southern Dome Salt Company and Tiana’s Foods are ripping apart the old Splash Mountain here at Disney’s Magic Kingdom.
Seriously though, the Disney construction crews are tearing into the rock faces and making huge holes in the facade of the old Splash Mountain. We also see them working in the tunnels and setting up scaffolding. We have heard about and seen them working, yet do not know what they are doing. Apparently, inside the ride, it is being demolished pretty fast according to courses.
We will be updating any major changes as the transformation from Splash Mountain to Tiana’s Bayou Adventure continues.

Tiana wants to give a big thanks to her family and friends and the entire community for all the support they’ve given her by throwing an amazing party during the Mardi Gras season. When it turns out there’s been a bit of a mix-up with the party preparations, Tiana invites us to meet her at Tiana’s Foods to help with the missing ingredient for the party.
When we arrive, we may see that Tiana spruced up the company’s facilities with vibrant art from local artists. Food for the party is being prepared and beignets are being loaded into crates for the celebration. All kinds of preparations are underway for the journey into the bayou with Tiana, along with new and familiar friends from the animated film.”

Chairman of Disney Parks, Experiences and Products Josh D’Amaro joins the Make-A-Wish America Board of Directors
Make-A-Wish America has announced the addition of Scooter Braun, CEO and board member of HYBE America and founder of SB Projects, and Josh D’Amaro, chairman of Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, to the national board of directors following the national board meeting on Feb. 3. Braun and D’Amaro are two of the most influential leaders at the intersection of entertainment and business. Each will bring his unique skills and respective expertise across areas of business expansion, strategy development, talent management and more to the Make-A-Wish mission to deliver the life-changing impact of a wish to more children with critical illnesses.
Braun founded SB Projects in 2007 to be a diversified entertainment and media company that sits at the junction of music, film, television, technology, brands, culture and social good. While the company has produced several notable TV and film projects and serves as a tech incubator, it’s in the music space where Braun and SB Projects have been able to work closely with Make-A-Wish. Braun, who has personally played a part in wishes for more than a decade, remains committed to his company’s founding philosophy of giving back and designs a philanthropic element for each new initiative. In partnership with the pop culture icons that SB Projects manages, the company has helped to grant 546 wishes to date. Star Wars: The Mandalorian To Make Broadcast Television Debut in February
Now even those without Disney+ can gear up for the Season 3 premiere of ‘The Mandalorian’ with a simulcast premiere on Freeform, ABC, and FX starting Friday, Feb 24th at 8 PM EST.
In celebration of Disney+ and Lucasfilm’s highly anticipated return to Mandalore, The Walt Disney Company will offer viewers the opportunity to experience the episode that started it all, when the series premiere of “Star Wars: The Mandalorian” makes its broadcast debut simultaneously across ABC, Freeform, and FX. The three networks will air “Chapter 1: The Mandalorian” on Feb. 24 (8:00-9:00 p.m. EST/PST).
“The Mandalorian” is set after the fall of the Empire and before the emergence of the First Order. We follow the travails of a lone gunfighter in the outer reaches of the galaxy, far from the authority of the New Republic.
If you enjoy the simulcast, you can binge seasons 1 and 2 on Disney+. Season 3 of the Mandalorian starts streaming exclusively on Disney+ starting March 1. The series stars Pedro Pascal, Katee Sackhoff, Carl Weathers, Amy Sedaris, Emily Swallow and Giancarlo Esposito.

Disney wanted to thank the amazing cast members at the Magic Kingdom theme park with a celebration to remember. Complete with a DJ pumping out energetic electronic music and treats the cast got to celebrate the soon-to-open attraction under the lights of the grids neon canopy.
The energy was electric and the cast members were thrilled to be part of such an exciting experience.

We announced Disney’s Boardwalk Inn Refurbishment back in early 2022. Yesterday inside the announcement of expanded housekeeping returning Disney shared an inside look at the Newly Refurbished Rooms at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn.
And speaking of rooms, you might notice details from newly refurbished rooms at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn, which will start debuting to guests over the coming weeks. My personal favorite is the themed artwork featuring Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and other favorite Disney characters strolling through iconic locations at Disney’s BoardWalk Resort!
Guests will also see some of their favorite The Little Mermaid Characters inside your newly refurbished resort rooms.
