First Look at Drawn to Life New Acts in Disney Springs. Back in March, we got news of two brand-new acts and an update on another part of the show. yesterday we finally got a chance to experience the updated Drawn to Life presented by Cirque du Soleil and Disney. We were allowed to bring back images of the new parts of the show, and we think they are a perfect addition to this Disney Springs live show.

Drawn to Life has introduced exciting new additions to its show in Disney Springs, including an all-new acrobatic act, aerial artists, and a “flying” guitarist. The enhancements are part of the ongoing evolution of Drawn to Life, a Cirque du Soliel tradition that allows for shows to regularly change and serve as living, breathing pieces of art.

The additions include: A brand new act, Icarian Games, paying tribute to Disney’s animated forests–and the mysterious creatures that inhabit them–featuring a pair of Ethiopian artists performing acrobatic feats in which one lies on his or her back and uses his or her legs and feet to toss the other performer in the air

Aerial Hoop artists take to the air, performing tricks during the “Dream of Colors” act, a tribute to the ink and paint animation artists, featuring dramatic colors “painted” by human trapeze artists on a suspended wheel.

A“flying” guitarist joins the Rhythmic Gymnastics act, soaring above the acrobats as they flip through the air in addition, new musical compositions will set a magnificent tone for the acts.

In conjunction with the show updates, Florida residents can now enjoy a special ticket offer, providing the perfect opportunity for both new and returning guests to experience the show. Disney Shares First Look Of The Animal Kingdom 25th Anniversary Merchandise Coming Soon!

The park that have taught us about nature and animal conservation since 1998 is turning 25! Join the celebration with the new Animal Kingdom 25th Anniversary merchandise collection coming to shopDisney and Animal Kingdom on April 21st.

The first piece that caught our guy was definitely the spirit jersey! This one is mint green with the Animal Kingdom 25th anniversary logo on the front and “More Adventure Is Our There” across the back and artwork featuring Kevin! Definitely a must have in your wardrobe.

Other apparel options include a yellow button up with a wavy stripped pattern and the Animal Kingdom logo on one sleeve. Another button up in black is also available with a colorful artwork on the front featuring the Animal Kingdom 25th Anniversary logo in yellow with an elephant and colorful leaves all around.

Birdseye View of Journey of Water Inspired by Moana Construction in EPCOT. With news of Disney Imagineers turning the faucet on and testing the actual water portion of Disney’s newest upcoming attraction, we got a chance to ride the monorail and check out how far along construction is and bring back a few images.

The walkways are all done and it looks like the attraction is actually complete. We know that the opening date is later in 2023, and it looks like testing will be going on for a few weeks. Getting the air out of the water lines, making sure all the water goes where it should go.

Disneyland After Dark will celebrate the first-ever Pride Nite at Disneyland Resort

Disneyland will be celebrating Pride Month this June with the first-ever, two-night Pride Nite celebration during Disneyland After Dark. The event is titled Disneyland After Dark: Pride Night and will run on June 13 and 15, 2023.

Disneyland After Dark is a separately ticketed event that occurs after the parks close to the general public. The events are 4 hours long, with ticket holders afforded access to Disneyland for an additional 3-hour ‘pre-party’ prior to the event.

Disneyland After Dark: Pride Nite will include themed entertainment, Disney characters, one-of-a-kind photo opportunities, unlimited photo pass downloads taken during the party, commemorative keepsakes including a souvenir credential, specialty menu items, event merchandise, and more! The event kicks off at 9 PM, with the 3-hour pre-party beginning at 6 PM.

Party Guests will enjoy specially made snacks and treats, such as the Spiced Beef Potato Loaded Bites at Red Rose Taverne, a Grapefruit Lemonade Soda at Galactic Grill, and a Berry Cheesecake Funnel Cake at Stage Door Cafe.

Disney CEO Bob Iger Named as Time Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People in 2023.

Disney’s CEO Bob Iger has been named as Time Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People for 2023.

Iger appears on one of the four covers for the magazine’s worldwide print edition. Actor Jennifer Coolidge, recording artist Doja Cat, and actor Michael B. Jordan were the other honorees from this year to be featured on the covers.

Each person on the list was honored by guest writers who have worked with or personally know them. Iger’s article was written by General Motors CEO Mary Barra, who’s been a Disney board member since 2017.

“For 100 years, The Walt Disney Company has entertained, informed, and inspired people around the globe through the power of unparalleled storytelling,” she wrote. “Bob Iger has guided the company to success for nearly two decades and is one of the best leaders I know.

“There’s a reason Bob remains one of the world’s most admired CEOs. He has led landmark acquisitions, championed culture-defining films, launched innovative distribution platforms, and delivered strong financial results, all while never forgetting the people—the employees and the fans—who make it all possible. His return as CEO in 2022 ushered in a new era of transformation and creative excellence for the most magical company on earth. His authenticity and pragmatism set him apart. He said, ‘True authority and true leadership comes from knowing who you are and not pretending to be anything else.’ I’ve personally learned so much from his leadership.”

TIME Studios and ABC will present a TIME100 primetime television special, and for the second year in a row, the special will bring viewers inside the 17th annual TIME100 Gala, airing Sunday, April 30, at 7 p.m. ET/PT on ABC, and available to stream the next day on Hulu and Disney+.

The gala will be hosted by Coolidge and feature performances by Doja Cat and Lea Michele, as well as honorary tributes from members of this year’s list, remarks from TIME CEO Jessica Sibley, and more.
