A new joint Volkswagen Disney+ commercial, featuring R2-D2, C-3PO, and Obi-Wan Kenobi, promotes both VW’s new electric vehicle and the Star Wars series.

This isn’t the first time the Volkswagen Group has done a Star Wars tie-in. Some of you may remember the classic commercial of a child in a Darth Vader costume as he attempts to use the Force on a Volkswagen on his driveway.
It’s a big week for Star Wars fans! In a few days, we finally get to see the return of Ewan McGregor as the iconic Jedi Master!
The first two episodes of Obi-Wan Kenobi will be available on the premiere day, May 20th, instead of only one, with subsequent episodes debuting each Wednesday.
