Obi-Wan Kenobi Led Episode Coming to Star Wars Galaxy of Adventures Short. Star Wars is a franchise beloved by fans of all ages, Lucasfilm and Disney created a special animated series in 2019 called, Star Wars Galaxy of Adventures that allows younger audiences to enjoy the stories of Star Wars, but in a more age appropriate way. From Rey discovering Luke’s lightsaber and her force abilities, to the iconic fight between Obi-Wan Kenobi, Qui-Gon Jinn and Darth Maul, there are plenty of stories to be shared in this re-imagined telling of the Star Wars legendary moments from the films and beyond.
Next to be featured in the series is none other than Obi-Wan Kenobi himself. Kenobi will also be receiving his own series on Disney+, which will see the return of Ewan McGregor as Obi-Wan as he navigates a more dangerous universe for a Jedi while protects a young Luke Skywalker from the clutches of The Empire.
In a synopsis shared by CBR, “The anime-inspired short sees an older Obi-Wan living in self-imposed exile on Tatooine, surveying the Dune Sea from his remote home to keep an eye on Luke Skywalker. As Kenobi watches the suns rise, he recalls his adventures across the prequel trilogy, from young Padawan to Jedi Knight, defending the Galactic Republic during the Clone Wars.”
