Nintendo’s Wii U Tour Is At Downtown Disney with Disney Infinity

Nintendo’s Wii U Tour arrived at Downtown Disney at the Walt Disney World Resort on Wednesday, June 5, 2013. Nintendo’s Wii U Tour is giving you a chance to check out the new video game system, which includes Disney Infinity, the highly anticipated new video game.

Nintendo announced that it is taking the Wii U on the road “to give people a chance to experience second-screen gaming for themselves.” The Wii  U tour will be at Downtown Disney from June 5–23, 2013.

The Wii U Tour is a free event set up outside the Once Upon a Toy store in Downtown Disney’s Marketplace area. Here, you can play video games such as Nintendo Land, New Super Mario Bros. U, Lego City Undercover, Need for Speed Most Wanted U, and the upcoming Disney Infinity, which uses collectible figurines of popular Disney and Pixar characters that can connect with the game.

You will also be able to pose for pictures with Mario and Luigi at Nintendo’s Wii U Tour, as well as other props from popular Nintendo franchises.

Disney Infinity will be released August 18. The game’s Starter Pack of figurines will include Mr. Incredible, Sulley from “Monsters Inc.,” and Captain Jack Sparrow from “Pirates of the Caribbean.” The game will also feature characters from popular animations such as “Cars,” “Toy Story,” “Wreck-It Ralph,” “The Nightmare Before Christmas” and “Phineas and Ferb.”
