2027 Disney College Program Character Auditions Announced

Disney Programs has released the complete guide and schedule for the Spring 2027 Disney College Program Character Performer Auditions, and casting recruiters are hitting five major cities across the U.S. to find the next class of performers.

Applicants accepted into the Disney College Program who land a character performer role will have the unique opportunity to perform in meet-and-greets across the theme parks and resort hotels, character dining locations, and potentially even signature holiday parades and castle shows.

Auditions are open to new Disney College Program applicants for the Spring 2027 season. No advance sign-up is required, but candidates must create an audition profile at DisneyAuditions.com prior to arriving.

Note for Current Participants: Active Disney College Program participants looking to extend their program should check DORMS for internal extension audition details, as these five tour stops are strictly for new applicants.

Prior dance or theater experience is not required to audition. Disney recruiters are looking for enthusiastic, high-energy storytellers who can showcase big personalities and connect with guests of all ages.

• Dance Combination: Applicants will learn a simple across-the-floor movement routine to showcase coordination and energy.
• Animation & Improv: Selected candidates may move on to learn additional animated character movement combinations.
• Program Acceptance Required: To officially receive a character performer role offer, candidates must also be accepted into the general Spring 2027 Disney College Program.
