New Oogie Boogie entrance sign at Disney’s California Adventure

Oogie Boogie Bash is returning to Disney California Adventure this Halloween season. The Halloween party will start in just a few weeks and today a new Oogie Boogie sign was seen at the entrance to the park!

Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort is a frightfully fun season! Haunted Mansion will receive a Nightmare Before Christmas overlay, the parks will be dressed with fall decor, and delicious seasonal treats will be available for guests to enjoy. In preparation for this spooktacular time, the Disney California Adventure entrance has transformed! Instagram user FIVE FIRES YOUTUBE shared a look at the new Oogie Boogie sign:

The new sign is not quite as big as the old one. There are fewer bats and jack-o-lanterns on the new sign but Oogie Boogie has an eerie green hue. If you can’t remember what the old sign looked like, check it out below:

It has been noted that the new sign doesn’t seem to be complete so we could see more embellishments added soon.

Oogie Boogie Bash takes place on select nights in September and October starting September 9 and ending October 31. Guests visiting the event can experience early admission to Disney California Adventure, immersive treat trails, character sightings, Frightfully Fun Parade, Mickey’s Trick & Treat, shorter wait times for attractions, Villains Grove, special decor and more!
