Many changes are coming to Epcot at the Walt Disney World Resort! One of those changes is happening to Future World. That area of the park is being replaced by 3 new neighborhoods. The new Epcot guide map that was released on October 1 now shows those new neighborhoods!

The map now shows the neighborhoods of World Celebration, World Discovery and World Nature in the place where Future World was. World Showcase remains the same.

World Celebration will be home to Spaceship Earth, Walt Disney Imagineering presents the Epcot Experience, Disney & Pixar Short Film Festival, and Journey Into Imagination with Figment. World Discovery will be home to Mission: SPACE and Test Track. And World Nature will be home to Awesome Planet, Soarin’ Around the World, Living with the Land, The Seas with Nemo & Friends, Turtle Talk with Crush, and SeaBase.
New attractions will be coming to those neighborhoods in the future as well! Attractions like Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind and Journey of Water inspired by Moana.
