Aulani, a Disney Resort and Spa, has released a special offer for guests who had their trip affected by the resort closure due to COVID-19.
Eligible Guests can take advantage of a special Aulani offer valid for arrivals most nights June 1, 2020 through December 21, 2020* when booked by May 31, 2020. *November 23-27, 2020 is blocked out for this offer. Grand Villas and Suites are excluded from this offer.
This offer is only valid for Guests who booked a vacation package or room reservation to stay at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa from March 24 through May 31, 2020, and that were canceled during the period from March 1, 2020 through May 31, 2020. Not valid for new bookings or for bookings canceled before March 1, 2020.
Temporarily and until further notice, for those Walt Disney Travel Company packages with final payments coming due 30 days prior to arrival, guests will have until 7 days prior to arrival to make the final payment. Payment may be made online or by phone.
