Chefs de France Shakes Up EPCOT Menu with New Filet Mignon, Croissant Burger and More
Bonjour, new menu items! Chefs de France at EPCOT has refreshed its lunch and dinner menus for fall 2026, bringing three new entrées to the France Pavilion restaurant while saying au revoir to a few longtime options.

Leading the new arrivals is the Filet de Boeuf, Sauce Au Poivre for $58.95. The dish features filet mignon served with bacon-wrapped asparagus, potato au gratin, and peppercorn sauce. Guests looking for something a little more casual can try Le Croissant du Boucher for $29.95, featuring Angus ground beef, alpine cheese, onion confit, and mustard aioli served on a croissant bun. Rounding out the additions is the $39.95 Supreme de Poulet Rôti, a roasted chicken supreme served with a shallot and merlot vinegar reduction alongside potato purée.
There is also a small price increase among the appetizers. Blinis de Saumon Fumé, Sauce à l’Aneth, featuring smoked salmon and dill sauce, has increased by $1 from $18.95 to $19.95 on both the lunch and dinner menus.
Of course, making room for something new means a few dishes have taken their final bow. The $39.95 Jarret de Porc Braisé, featuring braised heritage pork shank with lentil ragu and pearl onions, has been removed. The $39.95 Poulet au Vinaigre, an airline chicken breast with shallot and red vinegar sauce, tarragon, and potato purée, is also gone. Perhaps the most notable departure is the $55.95 Steak Frites, which paired grilled strip loin with French fries and béarnaise sauce. All three dishes have been removed from both lunch and dinner.
