Pop-Up Food and Drinks Coming to The Diamond Horseshoe at Magic Kingdom

The Diamond Horseshoe is rustling up something new this fall at Magic Kingdom. Disney has announced a limited-time food and drink pop-up coming to the historic Frontierland restaurant, giving guests a new place to rest their boots, grab a few small plates, and enjoy specialty beverages inside the Old West-inspired saloon.

One of the first dishes revealed is a charcuterie board piled with cured beef, “fancy bacon,” smoked pork, green chile cheese, smoked cheddar, and pickles. Disney says more shareable plates will be announced later, so this appears to be just the opening act before the full menu rides into town.

Guests will also be able to sip the non-alcoholic Enchanting Ember Lemonade, made with Minute Maid Premium Lemonade, strawberry, hot honey, and a chili-lime rim. Adults can saddle up with the Cactus Rose Margarita, featuring LALO Blanco Tequila, prickly pear, lime, and agave. Its bright pink color should make it nearly as popular with the camera as it is at the table.

Disney has not announced an opening date, full menu, or reservation details yet, though walk-up availability is expected.
