Is Chris Pratt Replacing Harrison Ford as Indiana Jones? According to scooper Daniel Richtman Lucasfilm is looking to replace Harrison Ford with Marvel star Chris Pratt in order to bring new life to the franchise and allow for new stories to be shared after the premiere of ‘Indiana Jones 5‘.
It should be noted, Lucasfilm has not made any such announcement about replacing Harrison Ford in the role, in fact Producer Frank Marshall has previously shared, “There will only be one Indiana Jones and that’s Harrison Ford,” seemly stamping all over the idea. Richtman also shared that the reason for the recasting would have to do with the next Indiana Jones film setting up the potential for spin-off films and an animated series.
