Former Disney Cast Member Arrested for Battery and Attempting to Sneak Into Magic Kingdom Utilidors
A Former Disney Cast Member was arrested last month after allegedly trying to sneak into the Magic Kingdom utilidors and assaulting Disney Security at the Walt Disney World Resort.
According to the arrest report, ‘Florida Man’ Eugene Zehner was caught by a uniformed security officer near the backstage area of the Magic Kingdom. When confronted he got into an argument with Disney Security and proceeded to run over the foot of the cast member with a stroller.

The report states Zehner in a Hawaiian Shirt (seen above) proceeded to lift the ropes for himself and his wife into the restricted area and when caught by Cast Members he yelled at them to get out of his way as they continued into the park. When stopped he got into an argument with Disney Security and took the stroller he had with him and began pushing it into the Cast Member repeatedly.
Disney immediately contacted the Orange County Sheriff’s Office about a verbal argument turned battery in the Park by the utilidors.
When speaking with law enforcement, Zehner accused the security guard of being overly aggressive with him but wouldn’t give any further details.
Eugene Zehner was arrested on November 17th, 2022, for battery on a uniformed security officer and was held on a $2,500 bond following his arrest.
Zehner was a former Guest Relations Manager for Walt Disney World for over 8 years. We are sure why he decided to trespass and assault Disney Security.
