Disney shares New Details and a Look Inside Journey of Water Inspired by Moana Coming to EPCOT

Disney recently shared a look at the new attraction Journey of Water Inspired by Moana coming to Epcot with Good Morning America. The new walkthrough attraction is said to open in late 2023.

Some of the things we learned from this first look are:

• Music will be a big part of the attraction
• Guests will be surrounded by a lush Polynesian environment
• At least one dozen characters are hidden throughout the attraction
• Guests will be able to interact with the water (waving could be one way)
• Guests will get a sense that water has a personality and is worth protecting
