First Look at Tiana in her New outfit for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure
We recently learned that Splash Mountain will be re-themed to Tiana’s Bayou Adventure in 2024. Along with this announcement, Disney also shared a look at Tiana’s new outfit for the attraction.

Tiana will be wearing gray pants, brown boots, a yellow top, and a red bandana. She will also have a light green jacket and a brown hat to wear.
Designers spent a good amount of time researching prevailing trends of the 1920s – the era in which the story of the attraction takes place. The team ensured Tiana’s look was historically accurate and authentic to the character. “Tiana was equally at home in the bayou as she was at a banquet,” Costume Designer Ida Muldrow said. “We wanted her look to reflect that, and be a compliment to the story’s setting.”
The designers also wanted to create a unique hairstyle for Tiana. The team placed emphasis on the versatility of Black women’s hair and its significance to our identity across geographies and generations.
