Happy vacations call for excellent dining options and no one has a finer array of restaurants than Walt Disney World. One can hardly wander onto Disney property these days without encountering world-class meals, whether they be simple burgers and fries, high-caliber Asian fare, traditional Italian pizzas, or over-the-top sugary treats. Walt Disney World will soon be adding to the long list of attractive eateries at Disney Springs with the arrival of Beatrix, a neighborhood-style restaurant from the Chicago-based Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises.
Beatrix boasts a menu and ambiance that will appeal to tastes of all kinds, whether it’s those on the move who just need to grab and go, coffee and wine drinkers, gluten-free diners, as well as vegetarians and vegans. They promise to provide freshly made juice cocktails and a full selection of American beers and wine. A hometown feel will be aided by the provision of comfort food such as pastries, and abundant lunch and dinner options. However, health-conscious guests needn’t despair, as the menu will offer plenty of options with them in mind too!
According to Executive Partner and Divisional President, Marc Jacobs, “Beatrix represents the way people are eating today – it’s that mix of health and comfort. Whether grabbing a cup of coffee and your favorite pastry, or having a cocktail, lunch, or dinner with friends, it’s your neighborhood meeting place.” -Disney
Rest assured, we will be watching Beatrix’s progress over at Disney Springs closely. No Disney food can remain uneaten, no menu unexplored, especially when they sound as delicious as this!
