The 50th anniversary of the Haunted Mansion in Disneyland is only days away! To celebrate the Disney Parks are offering a ghoulish array of Haunted Mansion Merchandise, at both Disneyland and Walt Disney World.
Fans attending the special Haunted Mansion ticketed celebration will have first chance to procure many of these mementos, but many will also be available at both after. I’ll admit when I first heard of the celebration in Disneyland I thought Walt Disney World was going to miss out. However it looks like no matter which coast you celebrate on, you’ll have an opportunity to enjoy some spook-tacular finds.
By far one of the most anticipated items will be the glow in the dark Madame Leota Funko Pop! vinyl figure. This limited edition POP! figure will be sure to disappear fast, and will be available at both Disneyland and Walt Disney World.
Guests visiting the Haunted Mansion will have the opportunity to adopt a ghost! Madame Leota will summon your chosen haunt, and you’ll even get a Death Certificate to go with them!
There will be plenty of apparel and accessories to wear too! There will be at least three pairs of ears, including the Disney Parks Designer Madame Leota ears from Disney Imagineer Kim Irvine. The light-up ones will for sure be at Walt Disney World, while the Mickey ears are confirmed to be coming to Disneyland. As for the designer ears the headband will be available at Disneyland Resort on Aug. 9, Walt Disney World Resort on Aug. 10 and online at shopDisney.com on Aug. 12.
Fashionable ghost hosts will love the designer Haunted Mansion pieces that will materialize for the celebration. Beautiful Alex and Ani and Pandora jewelry pieces will be available, as well as a collection of Dooney and Bourke purses.
Commemorative ornaments, pins, and collectibles with the “50 Years of Unliving” slogan will also be available! The light-up Doombuggy replica will even make its return, and be dated with “50th”.
