The Walt Disney Company is holding a panel at D23 Expo 2022 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of “The Muppet Christmas Carol.”
It’s no surprise that this year’s D23 Expo event is highly anticipated by Disney fans. But now it’s even more exciting to hear we will see a panel celebrating a great Muppets movie! The panel will be held Saturday, September 10th at 1:00 pm at D23 Expo’s Premiere Stage.

The Muppet Christmas Carol is a musical version of the Dickens tale about a miserly, unsympathetic old man who learns the true meaning of Christmas with the visitation of three spirits—of Christmases past, present, and future. Enacted by Jim Henson’s Muppets, with Kermit the Frog as Bob Cratchit and Miss Piggy as his faithful wife. The Great Gonzo narrates the tale as Charles Dickens himself, with the aid of a hungry rat named Rizzo.
