1900 Park Fare Strawberry Soup

To start you will need to use a blender or a food processor to make this soup. Make sure you thaw the frozen strawberries and retain them in their juices. Purree the frozen strawberries with the juices. Add the yogurt, heavy cream, and sour cream to the pureed frozen strawberries and blend them all together. That’s it! You will want to chill your mixture for a bit and then throw it back into the blender before serving it. Top it with some whipped cream and fresh strawberries for garnish. This will yield about 4-6 small bowls of soup.
