Daily Show’s Trevor Noah Chastises Disney World Park-Goers. On July 13th, Trevor Noah of The Daily Show went off on the team at Disney World and park-goers for attending the reopening of the Orlando based theme parks. The Magic Kingdom reopened to guests for the first time since March on Saturday July 11th, with the other Disney Parks slowly following suit throughout the next week.
The public has been torn about the decision to reopen the theme parks as the number of COVID-19 cases reportedly spiked in Florida, which is now considered the epicenter of the global pandemic.
Noah’s rant is equally dividing for viewers as he makes points about the message being broadcast to guests within the parks, how the safest job at the parks right now is “being inside a 200 degree rat costume”, and how park goer’s could be so cheap they are willing to risk their lives and others by going on vacation.
