Construction Walls go up around It’s A Small World in the Magic Kingdom

Small World Construction Walls

Those traveling to Disney’s Magic Kingdom will find a new change in the landscape at Fantasyland. Construction walls are now covering the exterior of the “It’s A Small World” attraction.

The entire exterior of the Small World building will receive a refurbishment for aesthetic purposes. Disney is working on updating the iconic ride with a refurbishment for Disney World’s 50th anniversary celebration. You can see the photos of the current exterior in this post.

Whether you love it or hate, the “It’s a Small World Ride” is an iconic staple to every visit to Walt Disney World. It’s a world of laughter and a world of fun as you travel the world on this delightful boat ride!

Let’s not forget the unforgettable melody for this Fantasyland ride! The Sherman brothers put the final touches on this iconic ride with the most well-known song.  They made a song demonstrating the belief in a better tomorrow by pointing out the similarities of everyone in the world.

We’ll provide updates on the construction project as well as other preparations being made for 2021.

Is riding “It’s A Small World” a must for you when visiting Walt Disney World? Are you excited for Disney World’s 50th anniversary celebration?
