Disney Files New Construction Permits for Tomorrowland Terrace and McKim’s Mile House at Magic Kingdom
Disney has filed new construction permits for Tomorrowland Terrace and McKim’s Mile House at Magic Kingdom. The Tomorrowland Terrace permit calls for general construction and is valid through September 17, 2027, while the McKim’s Mile House permit covers labor, materials, and electrical work and expires in one year.

Both list Buena Vista Construction, Disney’s in-house construction company, for the work. Disney has not announced any major changes for either location, so the permits appear to point to routine maintenance or smaller upgrades rather than a large-scale project.

Tomorrowland Terrace is currently used mainly for dessert parties and special events, while McKim’s Mile House opened in 2025 as a Disney Vacation Club Member lounge in the former Frontierland Shootin’ Arcade space.
