Disney foodies are anxiously awaiting the arrival of Jaleo by José Andrés. The restaurant promises to bring the flavors of Spain to Walt Disney World. The location will be Chef Andres’ biggest and most spectacular restaurant housed in a multi-level space. The menu will feature an extensive array of tapas that reflects the diversity of traditional and contemporary Spanish cuisine.
Highlights include paellas cooked over a wood fire, Spanish specialities such as Jamon Iberico de Bellota and wood grilled Iberico Pork. Signature dishes will also be on offer such as Gambas al ajillo, shrimp sauteed with garlic and chili as well as Croquetas de Pollo which are classic Spanish chicken fritters.
