Closer Look at the Mouth Watering Food from Roundup Rodeo BBQ in Toy Story Land

Roundup Rodeo BBQ in Toy Story Land is opening in just a few days! We recently got to try the tasty BBQ offerings from the new restaurant. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner. Both are $45 per adult plus tax and gratuity and $25 per child plus tax and gratuity.

For starters, guests can enjoy The Prospector’s Homemade Cheddar Biscuits with Sweet Pepper Jelly. 3 salads are available as well: Rootin’ Tootin Tomato Salad, Rex’s Romaine and Kale Salad, and Wheezy’s Watermelon Salad.

There are eight different sides available. Guests can choose four for the table. The ones available to choose from are:

• Mean Old Potato Salad
• The Married Spuds
• Veggie Slaw
• Force Field Fried Pickles
• Campfire-roasted Vegetables
• Slinky Doooooooooog’s Mac & Cheese
• Buckin’ Baked Beans
• Cowpoke Corn on the Cob

For the entrée, you can choose one of the following:

• Enjoy a Platter of all the Following House-Smoked Items – Evil Dr. Smoked Ribs | Buttercup’s Beef Brisket | There’s a Sausage in my Boot – Fire-grilled Pork Sausage | BBQ Chicken – with Style!
• Trixie’s Plant-based Trio – Combat Carloflower with Harissa Drizzle and Walnut Gremolata | Scrumptious Bratwurst | Rip Roarin’ Rib Chop

Each guest can choose one item for dessert from the following options:

• Bo’s Lemon and Blueberry Cheesecake
• Billy’s Chocolate Silk Pie
• Goat’s Apple Pie
• Gruff’s Peach-Strawberry Pie
• Cupcake à la Forky

There are a variety of beverages available for guests. Assorted fountain drinks and iced tea are included. For Lil’ Riders, however, there are some fun refreshments including Molly’s Frozen Iced Tea, Frozen Cowpoke Cocoa, and Partysaurus Tex. There are also some adult beverages with alcohol for those who want a more grown-up drink.
