One of the favorite events of Epcot International Food & Wine Festival is the “What’s Cookin’ With…” series. It gives park guests the chance to dine with gourmet VIPs from around the country and learn the secret ingredients to their success at the festival.
Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian will be featured this weekend. Zakarian is a host, a culinary consultant and of course a very accomplished chef. has presided over some of the country’s top kitchens, traveling the world for new inspiration to marry with his classical training and techniques in a lifelong effort to deliver paramount hospitality experiences.
Zakarian gave a special sneak peek of his demo of some delicious looking shrimp and grits from his new restaurant Point Royal at The Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood, FL.
To book a seat at Chef Geoffrey’s appearance at the Festival or any of the other Special Dining Events, check out at EpcotFoodFestival.com, or call 407-939-3378.
