In honor of Mexico’s Independence Day, Día de la Independencia, Frontera Cocina will have special offers and entertainment.
On September 15 and September 16, Frontera Cocina in Disney Springs will offer drink specials including $5 margaritas and $10 tequila flights.
Frontera Cocina is known for featuring flavorful dishes developed by Chef Rick Bayless. The menu features an array of items you will want to fill up on.
Appetizers include options such as the standard chips, salsa, and guacamole or you can try a Chipotle Chicken Tostada or the Queso Fundido (Queso Chihuahua melted with roasted poblano peppers and caramelized onions, served with warm corn tortillas).
Next make way for a selection of tacos and tortas, Carne Asada or the Shrimp Mojo de Ajo. Throw in a side of Fried Plantains and see if you have room to squeeze in dessert. With options like Ancho Chile Chocolate Cake, Coconut Lime Quatro-Leches, and the Pecan Pie Bar it’s hard to imagine saying no to dessert.
Frontera Cocina is located at Town Center in Disney Springs. Be sure to stop by this weekend and fill up on these specials.
