The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced on Thursday they will ease indoor mask-wearing guidelines for fully vaccinated people, allowing them to safely stop wearing masks inside in most places according to AP.

The new guidelines still call for wearing masks in crowded indoor settings like buses, planes, hospitals, prisons and homeless shelters, but could ease restrictions for reopening workplaces, schools, and other venues.
With Governor DeSantis signing an executive order on May 3rd ending all COVID-19 restrictions in the state it is only a matter of time before vaccinated guests will be able to go maskless at the theme parks once again.

Just released yesterday on the Walt Disney World website, the resort is going to reduce physical distancing measures for guests across many areas. The 6-foot physical distancing measures will remain in place in all dining locations, merchandise stores, and areas where guests can temporarily remove their masks (like relaxation stations). The site has also removed its wording regarding cars being parked in every other space at theme parks.

Disney also recently announced that temperature screenings are being phased out for guests and cast members at the Disney World Theme Parks.
