Cast Member Testing of Slinky Dog Dash Starting Next Week

Finally cast members will begin testing of Slinky Dog Dash in the new Toy Story Land starting next week! Unlike previous attraction openings, Toy Story Land has had no previews for cast members or guests. The series of setbacks in construction have kept them from having an AP preview as well. It looks like that will change next week. From June 14th to the 18th cast members will have the opportunity to enjoy a limited testing of Slinky Dog Dash.

Toy Story Land opens June 30th but I wouldn’t expect to see an Annual Passholder preview for the new addition. We reported yesterday that Disney announced a special AP day at Toy Story Land in September. The date for the event has not been released yet, but we will continue to report on it as we find out. In addition to the AP event, they are offering a discount on “bring a friend” for AP holders as well! Toy Story Land is the beginning of many new additions to Walt Disney World like the new Star Wars Land and resort, Guardians of the Galaxy at Epcot, and so much more.
