Disney Springs’ Vivoli Il Gelato has had no shortage of monster shakes and sundaes since they opened their doors. I’ve had more than one ice cream treat with a whole cupcake on top of it, and now there’s the Peanut Butter Explosion to add to the list. It starts with peanut butter gelato, it has chocolate sauce, whipped cream & a whole mini chocolate peanut butter cake crowning the lid.
