It’s the start of Carnevale at Maria and Enzos! They have brought the famous festival from Venice straight to Disney Springs for the second year in a row. Experience culinary delights, glamorous costumes, and a riotous celebration every night throughout February.
Carnevale is great for the whole family as there is live entertainment throughout the whole restaurant. We loved the entertainment from last year so we certainly can not wait to see what this year brings!
As with any good festival, Maria and Enzos are introducing some specific items for Carnevale.
All meals during Carnevale will start with a wonderful Pinzimonio (Italian Crudite) with Giardiniera Cremosa. During the entree portion of the meal, not only will there be homemade bread but also Mamma Marias mini-meatballs! Of course, my personal favorite Carnevale addition is the sweet ending of a Bugie e Chiacchiere (fried sweet pastry).
