Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is getting closer to completion in Epcot! The outside of the attraction has received a new look recently as well. We recently shared a look at the Nova Corp Starblaster that was installed at the attraction’s entrance. Now, we can take a behind the scenes look at the Starblaster thanks to Walt Disney Imagineering.

Walt Disney Imagineering shared a behind the scenes look at the Starblaster on Instagram a few days ago. The post reads:
“Show Set Designer, Kevin Doxey, takes us behind his role on the new Nova Corps Starblaster in front of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind coming soon to EPCOT here in @waltdisneyworld !”
Twitter user @bioreconstruct has also shared pictures of the Starblaster both during the day and lit by Spaceship Earth lighting at night.

The 51-foot tall Starblaster will mark the entrance to Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind and be the signature icon of the Wonders of Xandar pavilion. The attraction is set to open this summer!
