Baby Groot Gets an Early Look at ‘Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind’ Coaster in Epcot. Baby Groot got to test out the new coaster coming to Epcot, the Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind! The upcoming family-friendly “storytelling coaster” featuring a groundbreaking ride system. The ride vehicles are able to rotate 360 degrees and can even do a reverse launch! The Omnicoaster is a first- of-its-kind programmable roller coaster ride system. Guests will be rotated along the ride track in any possible direction while traveling at high speeds.

“Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind” the adventure will start in the “Galaxarium,” a planetarium-like exhibition that explores the similarities and mysteries of the formation of Earth’s galaxy and Xandar. The story starts with a mission to learn more about Xandar’s treasures. But then the Guardians of the Galaxy arrive and adventures across the cosmos ensue!
