Greetings ladies and gents! Your friendly Disney gossip columnist is back. That’s me – Anonymouse! Today, I heard the ABC Commissary at Hollywood Studios will be closing soon for refurbishment. That’s not the best part, my sources tell me that once refurbished it will reopen as a table service restaurant.
A cast member even hinted that all new restaurants opening or refurbished in the parks will emulate the Be My Guest service style. Meaning, the restaurant will be counter service at lunch and table service at dinner. The ABC Commissary site is in desperate need of a change. I think this will be the facelift it needs.
