This post from the Disney Park Blog makes me hungry!
Warm caramel baked sweet plaintain coconut crumble…four-cheese quiche with puff pastry and garden peas…chicken sausage with caramelized green apples…the all-new breakfast experience for the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival features delicious culinary ideas – what a way to start the day!
It’s only on select Sundays at the Garden Town Wonder’s Retreat, where you get a bird’s-eye view of the welcome center from the second-floor dining room. And because it’s part of the 17th annual festival, some of the ingredients from each week’s breakfast buffet will come from The Land Pavilion –- based on what’s ready to harvest.
But you don’t just get to eat. Sip a sangria and watch one of the Disney horticulturists show you grow-it-yourself herbs and veggies, many not readily available in local markets. They’ll tell you what seeds to buy, how to care for and harvest, and answer your questions.
Each breakfast has its own special dessert, and while you dig in, a Disney chef will give you tips on how to make your own version of the elegant sweet ending.
Picky eaters will find Danish pastries, scrambled eggs, oven-roasted potatoes and French toast. We splurge on the orange poppy seed bread with real butter, but you can behave and have the yogurt with fresh fruit and granola. Or the spinach and tomato frittata.
Time is 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., and it’s all you care to eat, so come hungry and enjoy. Call 407-939-3378 to make a pre-paid reservation. Cost is $60 plus tax, gratuity included. Theme park admission is required to attend.

I am amazed to see the picture of Epcot’s Flower & Garden Festival. I wish if I could visit the place and walk along the flowers. Keep it up the good work.
