La Cava del Tequila Celebrates 17 Years at EPCOT with Special Anniversary Cocktail
La Cava del Tequila is raising a glass to 17 years at EPCOT with a brand-new anniversary cocktail, and this one has been aging right along with the celebration. The popular tequila bar inside the Mexico pavilion is marking the milestone with a special Old Fashioned-inspired drink crafted specifically for the occasion.

The anniversary cocktail features Blanton’s Bourbon, LALO Tequila Blanco, Amaro liqueur, Ancho Reyes Barrica, Mole Bitters, and house-made cherry syrup. To make the celebration even more fitting, the drink has been aged in-house for 17 weeks, one week for each year La Cava del Tequila has been serving guests at EPCOT.
Guests ages 21 and older can begin trying the new cocktail on Saturday, August 29. La Cava del Tequila first opened in August 2009 and has since become a favorite stop in the Mexico pavilion for margaritas, tequila flights, and other specialty cocktails, including selections that are exclusive to the location.
