Le Cellier Steakhouse Shakes Up the Menu with New Entrées and a Classic Canadian Dessert

Le Cellier Steakhouse at EPCOT has rolled out a handful of new dishes, giving the cozy Canada pavilion favorite a fresh batch of options for guests looking to dig into something beyond its famous steaks. The updated menu adds a new salad, three entrées, and a dessert, while several previous offerings have quietly checked out of the cellar.

Joining the appetizer lineup is a Caesar Salad for $16, made with romaine, Bibb lettuce, frisée, radish, pine nut gremolata, and a plant-based Caesar dressing. On the entrée side, guests can now order Roasted Chicken for $41, served with warm farro salad, baby squash, carrots, cranberry-orange gel, and sherry-chicken jus. A new Miso-roasted Cabbage entrée comes in at $39 with king mushrooms, chili crisp, maple, wild rice, leek oil, and mushroom gravy.

Seafood lovers also have a new option with the $53 Almond-Crusted Salmon, paired with broccolini, celery root tapioca, and adobo sauce. Dessert may be the most Canadian addition of the bunch, with a $15 Butter Tart featuring a traditional Canadian butter tart alongside brown butter panna cotta, maple crème anglaise, and cocoa nib tuile.

Making room for the newcomers, Le Cellier has removed the Land Greens Salad, Heritage Chicken, Roasted Cauliflower “Steak,” Seafood Cioppino, and Boutique Collection dessert sampler. The restaurant remains one of EPCOT’s signature dining spots, tucked away inside the Canada pavilion and known for its intimate setting, steaks, and Canadian-inspired dishes.
