This year’s Hooley lineup brings six acts together from Ireland, Scotland, and the United States. The Consequences combine the talents of Lexie Boatright, Jake James, Cara Wildman, and Ryan Ward for a fresh take on traditional Irish music, while Galway’s Folk Division mixes timeless Irish sounds with contemporary arrangements. Plain Sailin brings a lively blend of traditional folk and modern influences, while Men of Aran pairs Colin Farrell on fiddle and whistles with Dave Curley on banjo and vocals.
Irish folk singer and guitarist Adam Sheahan will bring his storytelling and traditional songs to the stage, and Northern Crossing rounds out the lineup with Hannah McNeill and Niall McIlroy bringing traditional music from Glasgow and Belfast. Raglan Road’s award-winning Irish dancers will also perform throughout the weekend, and guests can get in on the action during the Great Irish Ceili Dance on Sunday and Monday from 3 to 5 p.m.
The kitchen and bar are getting into the Hooley spirit too, with several new fall and Halloween specials debuting during the festival. The Samhain Sangria combines The Whistler Irish Whiskey, Pinot Grigio, apple cider juice, cinnamon syrup, and a Magners Irish Cider float, while the Irish Pumpkin Shake gives Raglan Road’s signature Baileys shake a pumpkin spice makeover with cinnamon cold foam. Boooo! Pumpkin Cream Ale, brewed for Raglan Road by 81 Brewing in Tampa, adds another seasonal sip.
On the food side, Bandaged Bangers wrap mini sausages in golden pastry with cherry buffalo sauce, Raglan’s Ghostly Guinness Pie hides braised beef, wild mushrooms, and Guinness gravy beneath a spooky puff pastry face, and Black Barrel Whiskey Ribs feature slow-cooked pork coated in a Jameson Black Barrel glaze. Dessert comes in the form of the Proper Little Pumpkin, Raglan Road’s signature cheesecake with a pumpkin spice twist.

The regular All-Day Menu will also be available throughout the weekend, with the Rollicking Raglan Brunch beginning at 10 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. Labor Day brings another 10 a.m. opening with brunch favorites including The Full Irish, Hipsters Lament, and Bread Pudding French Toast available from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Guests can also stop by the Shop for Ireland boutique for new Halloween T-shirts and hoodies arriving for the spooky season. Reservations for the Great Irish Hooley are recommended but not required, making this an easy addition to a Disney Springs weekend if you are ready for a little craic with your cocktails.
